Utilized home warranty for a disposal issue and they were assigned to me. They came right out within 2 hours so the service was quick... I did appreciate that. However, I specifically asked the person to replace the disposal with the same specs as it is an important appliance me. He acknowledged and went outside to the truck to get the unit. I just trusted he was doing what I asked. Later when I went to use the disposal later it was definitely a baby compared to what was there. I went to look at the label and discovered it was put toward the back of the sink so it was purposefully not visible. After 2 of us playing twister to get a pic of the label with a phone and flashlight so we could see what it was, I discovered that they took my $200 disposal 3/4 HP and replaced it with a $70 1/2 HP. I called them about this they stated 2-10 only authorizes that disposal as a replacement- which if was said to me at the appointment I would have not authorized a replacement. I would have purchased a proper powered disposal. Later that today, I spoke to 2-10 and was informed that I could have a 3/4 HP installed so she called them to see what happened while I waited on hold. When she got back on the phone with me she informed me that NE Contractors said that the service person did not hear me say I wanted it the same specs and didn't have one in stock after he looked for it. hmmmmmm.... 1. how do you not hear me and THEN look for it. 2. why do you put the label backwards if its an error 3. it IS covered by 2-10 warranty to have the 3/4 HP - Draw your own conclusions on this one...

In the estimate provided by this contractor regarding remodeling of our shower, it showed we only need to provide tiles; later on, they came up with a list of additional items we also need to get and charge us more. Initially we were told they would put back the shower door, then later they said they wouldn't be able to and we need to get a new one. Also, they told us they would come out and measure the shower, so we know how many tiles to order. Then later they changed their mind and said no. In addition, it was challenging to talk to their manager. She was rude and impatient. After we went through all these troubles, everything was scheduled for them to come out in a week to replace our shower, we received an email out of nowhere from them said their tile guy was no longer with the company. We would never want to work with this contractor again!!

Absolutely the worst!! I wouldn't recommend them to my enemy. I called them to repair my living room ceiling after 2 squares were cut out due to a water leak. They did a terrible job covering the holes. Their guy who was nice told me it would look better after it dried. It did not. So I sent them pictures and took off work so the guy could come back and fix it. It still looks terrible. I left town due to a death in the family and when I returned I sent pictures again. The guy came to look at it and I didn't hear from anyone for over a month. Then I finally go a call and was told the owner said they would have to redo the entire ceiling and I'd have to pay. I was so exhausted with dealing with them I asked for a quote. A month later never heard from them! Once they get their money they don't care about the mess they leave behind. Very Bad Business.
