I found this company on Angi's list.
At the beginning it was promising.
After a few phone calls with Aurelio appointment was made. He did not show up and did not call. At the end of the day I called him to reschedule. New appointment was scheduled, same thing happened again, and I gave up.
Three days later I got voicemails from Aurelio, and text messages , and new dates were discussed. When I finally agreed to proceed with the job, he started adding new fees for transportation, and this, a that...something that was not originally planned. At that point I was DONE!!!
Never ever would recommend this company to anyone.
And if you decide to hire Aurelio anyway, be extremely cautious!!!

I contacted this plumber through Angi. He has a bad attitude. He said he was available to come the next day, then when I asked what his hourly rate was, he told me there would be a $200 next-day fee, in addition to his hourly rate of $250/hr. It's a good thing I asked! I found someone else who was available and wouldn't charge the next-day fee, to which his response was ""this is a business, not a charity.""

Aurelio just fixed my leaky bathtub and my clogged bathroom sink and I am so happy and so impressed!

He was very professional and kind on the phone and in person. He put on protective covers on his shoes, which meant a lot to me because I have an infant and we leave our shoes at the door. He even re-caulked the molding around the bathtub where the leak was and fixed my over extended sink handle as well.

I highly highly recommend him and will be calling again when something inevitably starts leaking or breaks in the house.

Aurelio is a 5-star in my book. Bad help is so easy to find these days and when one runs across Aurelio for services you've got platinum. He was well groomed in both personal and professional manner. He kept his work area tidy, then cleaned up when he was finished. Meanwhile we had a chance to enjoy conversation while the pump was whirring away. ANYBODY REMEMBER CONVERSATION? Where two people actually interact with one another? Delightful conversationalist. I'm on his next year schedule for a call back.

I was having a plumbing issue or what I thought was a plumbing issue and ended up speaking with Aurelio from North Bound plumbing
After a little troubleshooting over the phone it was clear that this was an appliance malfunction and not a plumbing problem.
He took the time to make some very good suggestions on what the issue could be so I could better explain it to my warranty company

Even though I didn't require his services I wanted to share my awesome experience
I really appreciated him going above and beyond.

Best plumber, look no further!! Aurelio came out today after I sent him a message about my sink leaking yesterday . He arrived on time and replaced my garbage disposal for me which was causing the leak under the sink. He was professional and is extremely good at what he does. He took less than 20 minutes to get the old one out and the new one in. Thank you a million times!

Great experience with Aurelio! Great service, on time, respectful of cleanliness, easy to get a hold of and returns questions and inquiries in a timely manner! Aurelio did an OUTSTANDING job on our water heater. My grandmother was worried about a leak in the water heater, so we called Aurelio for an estimate. Not only was his price unbeatable, but he was able to do the job same day! (Full disclosure my schedule didn't allow for it until the following day). It takes a lot to convince my grandmother to trust someone enough to work on our house in any way, but Aurelio was extremely professional and honest. He was upfront about cost, labor, process, etc. We have already agreed that he will do all future plumbing for us. I can't recommend him enough!
