Needed a new hot water heater during this freezing cold weather. One call was all it took. Within 24 hours Tommy had a new heater installed. Professional and quality service. Can't get any better!

They sent teenagers who did not know what they were doing. I allowed them into the house and after a while they left. I called the office to see what happened and they notified me the unit was leaking frion and they added frion and it was working. They did NOT fix the leak and 2 days later it stopped working again. Then I got a bill from them by mail even though they did not repair the unit. Never Again.

Northampton Plumbing is a really easy company to work with. Very reasonable prices and knowledgeable people. When I had a couple furnaces serviced, they were on-time, knowledgeable and professional. I like there direct, no nonsense approach to everything.
Later I had them install a new heating oil tank. Scott came out to the site twice to check out what I wanted to do, and completed the job quickly and was very helpful with the finishing touches, when the old tank was ready to be removed. He came up with the idea to have the new one all installed and ready to go, so that as soon as the old tank was done, the new one was setup, filled, and ready to be switched over, even though that would end up being more time for him on this job.
Communication is best with Scott, directly over the phone. Call and leave a message (he will give you his cell phone once you are working together).
I will be recommending him to family and friends as well.

Called emergency line for assist since our 2007 NYer not turning on at all. Not heat or hot water.. with a 6 year old in the house! Wanted to give business to local. Lady who answered told me I needed oil.... Nope, have oil. She was quite rude. Called Hartzell's after hanging up & they were wonderful!!!! Helped right over the phone!!! I'm giving THEM my business instead!!
