North Texas Custom Plumbing was great! I have to start by saying I really don't care to have strangers in to do stuff at the house. Probably because my husband has done all this forever. When our tankless hot water tank went out on Friday my husband tried to fix it but was not able to. He did figure the problem out and he was right . Since it was Labor Day weekend we waited till Tuesday to call the manufacturer who told us to call North Texas Plumbing. The lady I spoke with was polite and told me she could get someone out between 3-5 same day. She called again and told me there would be here at 2:30 would that be ok. Of course it was. The 2 men who came out I have to say were polite, honest, and hard workers in our Texas heat. They explained what it would cost to fix a panel but that it might not be all that is wrong with it to fix it vs a new one. They couldn't get back out this week and were able to do the job today and that was a plus! They fit us in because we didn't have hot water! One went for the unit and the other did the prep work by removing the old unit. I had wondered at first why 2 men came out and now am really happy they did send two men out! It took them under 3 hrs to change it all and they took the old stuff and cleaned up. Also when the one man had to go to the bedroom he wore booties on the carpet! What more can you ask for! They honored their discount they have on line and they emailed the copy of the paid bill on leaving. Also, note if you pay by check you don't have to pay the 3% fee charge for using a credit card. Would we call this company again? Definitely we would call them again! John and his partner were just great! We just hope we don't need them anytime soon as these Tankless hot water heaters are expensive! Prompt, courteous and honest and also honor their discounts!

Great service! Replaced both our hot water tanks that were in the attic with one tankless system. It came with auto leak detection shutoff and has optional wifi control if you want to use a phone app. I had a few quotes and they had the best price and equipment for my needs.

A Big Job, the old cast iron sewer pipe split on top & needs complete replacement to both baths. Called for estimate on July 25, appointment for July 30, 11:00 to 1:00, office changed 1:00 to 3:00, came at 3:00, said they would email quote. Aug. 1, no quote, so I will go with another company.

Excellent plumbing company, called and wanted a gas line installed for new gas stove. They were professional in every step of the way, and reasonably priced. If I ever need anything else done that requires this company expertise I will not hesitate to call them. Thank Again John your crew is awsome!!!

I had an appointment to receive an estimate for a tankless hot water heater. We waited for 2 hours and no one showed up, when I called for the status, JC stated the techs were tied up and could not make it to our house - this was after she changed the original appointment. She gave me another time for the next day, which we agreed to and rescheduled some of our other appointments however, an hour later she calls to change the schedule yet again. Seems like this outfit is not reputable, can't believe they can't even get the schedules of their techs right. Maybe they are running a sweat shop. I'll take my business to a company that is reputable. Extremely poor customer service, Rannai and Lowes should get other reliable dealers on the list.

I had an appointment set to receive a quote on a tankless hot water heater. I took time off work to be at home for the scheduled two hour window. At the end of the time and after having receiving no call from them, I called. 30 minutes later I received a call back saying they could not make it today. Very poor customer servicer. The lady on the phone was nice, though. I can't believe Rannai has them on their list of preferred dealers.

Excellent plumbing company! Very timely responsiveness and easy to schedule. Polite and knowledgable plumber who took the time to explain my problem and answer all my questions. They were on time (even early after asking permission) and efficient working to solve my issue.

If you are looking for quality plumbing company, please be sure to stay away from North Texas Custom Plumbing. They are by far the worst company I ever hired to work on my new construction/house project. Their contractors are lack of knowledge in the field. I looks like the owner, John just picked them up from the street to come work for the company. Every of his employees complained about how anal the owner,John Carter, is and therefore he has the highest employees turn over rate. This explains why he hired contractors with little knowledge about the field. From day one of the project, his people delayed my projects by 8 weeks because they were unable to locate sewer and water lines and multiple issues in every stage of the project. I am not going to list out all of the issues, but all of them are major issues and for a person that is not even in the field would spot it at first glance. Not one single thing that they did on this project was done properly the first time. They are a company with no ethic and integrity, the owner, John Carter, only cares about money and about collecting paycheck and has no respect f for your schedule. Despite of so many issues and repeated mistakes that happened, John was too good to visit the job site to find out what was going on. He find every possible way to charge you extra money if he could, yet they refuse to take responsibility for all of their mistakes that costs you lots of extra money to fix.

Their mistakes costs me money to fix and the
damages their contractors did to my fixtures, John completely did not want to be responsible for although his contractors admitted that it was on them and/or they damaged my fixtures. John is all about $$$, and has no regard for his customer's schedule. He can delay your projects for weeks to months, yet the moment they are about to complete the next stage, he already harassed us to get paid and WE NEVER FAILED to pay them in the past nor never paid them one day late. His contractors but two huge dents on the tub faucets, and my husband was too nice to only take few hundreds off which is only half of the cost of the faucet and he voided our contract and did not come to finish the last stage of the work that need to be done although we paid him in full (100% per the contract). This is what I want you to know about North Texas Custom plumbing, an unethical company with no integrity, no customer service, after they collect your money, chance of getting them to come back to correct their poorly done jobs is slim. I am left with multiple mistakes that caused by North Texas Custom plumbing..
