Layton used to be good but over the years has dropped in workmanship. I have used him before multiple times and often shows up late and always wants cash. If it's a midnight emergency he'd want 500.00 cash or forget it.
I recommended him to my kids father in law to have a drain rodded. Showed up late with a 1/4 bit drain bit head useful for almost nothing couldn't unclog the drain and wanted $100.00 cash and still not working. He got paid the money and a new plumber called in with a 3/4 rod bit end and power rodded the drain in five minutes and everything was fine for $250.00 Layton wanted to cut drywall open in the wall and had no idea how to unclog a simple sewer drain that a tampon wound up clogging. He is not a licensed plumber so he can't get any city permits if you need a major project done. This was a simple project and still couldn't get a simple job done. Layton it's time to find a new line of work. Something along the lines of hair trimming might be in order.

They extended their services hours until the completion of the job. Mr. Norris & Mr. Schneider corrected a severe plumbing fixture issue prior too the bath room installation.
Both individuals are clear, clean & consice both before and after the plumbing job a full service company . Competitive ,yes they are ,reasonable yes they are, has they install your specialty multiple item in your bathroom.
During this pandemic they were fully masked and remained masked through out their work ,so call them they can and will HELP you and your needs.

We have had him come several times in the past and it was a good experience. This weekend he didn't show up, rescheduled, then didn't show up again and finally came. He pulled up at my house, and then drove away. When I asked what happened, he told me ""I don't work for people who support terrorism, BLM."" I'm not getting rid of my Black Lives Matter sign, but am done with him.

I had a gas leak that filled my home. Nicor came out and turned off my main gas line. They refused to turn it back on until I had someone come out and fix the line. Layton answered my call at 1pm and was out by 730pm the same day to fix the leak. He was super professional and informative. He did not try to fix more than was needed and was reasonably priced. I highly recommend his services!

Layton came out and quoted a job to install an outdoor spicket for a hose. Quoted that job very reasonably and did the work on the spot while I watched and helped out.

Layton was able to provide me a quote over the phone for a main sump pump replacement and a battery backup sump installation. He gave me a big discount to do both. He can buy the material for you or install whatever you purchased. Layton was able to come out the next day. He was on-time and very professional. I like that he doesn't push for reviews. He finished the installation in about 2 hours, explained to me how the battery backup works, and cleaned up afterwards. I highly recommend Layton for your plumbing needs.
