I use this company through Lowe's installation department and I must say I don't recommend them. When it came to scheduling, they don't reach out to the customer. They just automatically schedule you for whatever date and time. On top of that they kept changing the date. That is such a bad business practice. Secondly, I waited for three hours for the technician to show up, till later, get a message saying that they're changing my time to later. once the technician got here, he did all the work but didn't finish the complete job. I think that he broke my sink and said that he didn't have all the parts when they initially did a site visit to make sure that everything was compatible and nothing else was needed. So now I have a sink that isn't complete. Lastly, they didn't haul away the old sink nor all the trash that they left in my house. This company is not a good fit for anyone that need service. Importantly they're make Lowe's look bad for associating with this company.

Don't let Lowe's send this company! Installer was completely inappropriate. Faucet was installed well. But the personal questions just kept on coming. I went and bought a gun the next day. That says it all!!!

We had a massive line break at our office - water flowing like a river in between buildings, Chad and crew came out - had it completely repaired I mean they had to hammer thru the pavement - then dig the hole and make the replacement. We lost so much water due to the break but North Star Plumbing was at our rescue. Thank you we absolutely will call them again.

Isaac and his brother installed a new toilet for us which was arranged through Lowe's. They were on time, friendly, efficient and very neat. I highly recommend them.
