Calling a plumber is scary. Especially if it involves sewer leaking into your basement and you only have one bathroom in your house. I called Pete from North Sound Plumbing on a Sunday and left a message. He called me back promptly and said he would come over the next day to have a look as early as he could. He not only came over the next day, as promised, he also called before he stopped by to make sure I was home. He took a look, let me know a worst/best case scenario and left me to contemplate my options. I called him later in the day and scheduled him. He sent James over the next morning at 9am. And James was on time. (I'm a sucker for promptness). James looked everything over and went over the troubleshooting steps he was going to take. I crossed my fingers that the worst case scenario (ripping the plaster out of our wall/ceiling) wasn't going to happen. 45 minutes later, it was announced fixed sans wrecking ball. The bill was extremely reasonable, the problem was fixed, they were very prompt and friendly and James left my bathroom cleaner than it was when he arrived. I will definitely be calling North Sound Plumbing in the future.

(sidenote: I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because I can only vouch for how awesome James work and toilet-side-manner was. I'm certain Pete would have been just as great)
