The service guy came to my house for an appointment on a Wednesday early afternoon. He pulled my toilet and told me it would need snaked but also I needed a new flange. He then told me he couldn't snake it because they only have one guy who does that and he was busy all day. He then said he couldn't do anything with the flange because he didn't have what he needed in his truck because it was a loaner truck because his truck broke down. He said his truck had basic, minimal supplies and that I would have to call to reschedule. He then asked me if I wanted my only toilet back down and of course I said yes because it's my only bathroom. I thought it was ridiculous that he even came out if he was not equipped to do anything that day but here we are a month later and I get a bill for almost $200. I'm appalled at this company for their unprofessionalism and feel completely ripped off and scammed and wonder if this is something they do regularly. Why would you even come out if you couldn't do anything? My time was wasted and quite frankly I could have pulled the toilet off and put it back on myself for free. I think being charged almost $200 is outrageous and I will never do business with this company again!

young, new homeowner here. i've had north side come out twice now and their service is AMAZING. i don't know much about home repairs and they explained in detail what the issue might be, how they'll fix it, and what they'll do if the issue returns. the repair man (john i think) was super friendly and funny.

I only gave one star because it would not let me give 1/2. I would NEVER use this company again. Write down the hours that they are in your house. They lie about the hours they work, charge you $140 an hour for them and will ""adjust your bill"" accordingly to make it look like they are doing you a favor. If you need plumbing work done, I highly suggest you use a sewer company that has the equipment to get the job done the right way. This company is a complete rip off and will lie to you. They did not get the job done, did not have the equipment or knowledge. I highly recommend Shoda or Genes sewer company. Stay away from Northside, it will cost you double.

Working on my bathroom remodel and couldn't find hardware to match up to what was plumbed in. Chad got me hooked up with the right stuff also ordered in an additional part and called when it came in. Appreciate it you guys were the only ones in town that had what I needed!

John or ""JP"" came right on time and replaced two kitchen faucets and hot water valves. He was friendly, personable and knew what he was doing. It's no wonder this business is on it's third generation. Great work!

Our ejector (sewage) pump in the basement was being temperamental and I called North Side Plumbing to check it. Antonio arrived and determined it needed replaced. Mark brought a new pump and they completed the job together. Both guys are pleasant and enjoyable to talk with. This was the second time I used North Side and was happy with their work both times.

Very expensive. They did a good job replacing a toilet, but the price was nearly $600. I noticed a lot of construction waste going down the pipe, but figured they knew what they were doing.

They did--padding their bill.

A few days later when my pipes clogged, they charged another $132 to come out and clear them. They claimed the problems were not related.

Called them to come out and fix two issues. Explicitly told the person on the phone what was wrong and they said they'd send someone out. Person gets here and takes a quick look.. says there's nothing he can do nor would they normally be able to and recommends another number to call. I get a bill for 0.25hrs at $106/hr and a $79 service call charge for something that should have been stopped on the phone.

I get they need to make money.. but do they expect anyone to call again after that?

Absolutely the best. They work clean, and can definitely solve your issue. They uncapped two dump pits that were covered with 8 inches of concrete each, installed a sump pump, and left it cleaner than when they began. John is willing m to work within your budget, but be realistic. They have to make money too. Not a discount service, but you get quality service at a fair price.
