I have used them countless times over the years and have always had a good experience. Rich the owner is very knowledgeable and great plumber. I will continue to work with them and would recommend them to anyone looking for a good reliable plumber.

Horrible service and customer service. Rich did work for us last year (Jan 2018) and guaranteed it for 3-4 years. (its a rental property and he made me drive down on a Sunday night at 10:30 to give him a check). He had to come back a few days later because whatever he did the first time did not work. He sent me a bill and then kept badgering me to come by my house to pick it up (even offered to reduce the amount if he could come by my house to get his money right away). When the system just failed again (Jan 2019), Rich was no where to be found. Took almost 1 week to return my calls. Made three appointments and did not show up for any of them, didn't even bother to call I had to call/text him. Told me his wife went in to labor and promised me he would get back to me that day and have someone to our house before the arctic weather moved in. Never happened. Had to hire another plumber and pay for things to be fixed the right way. When I told Rich I was filing a claim against him in court he sent me a very professional text saying ""LOL"". Be warned! Do not get involved with this guy or this company.

Wow! Came home from being gone for a couple of days to discover burst pipes (thankfully in my basement).

I found North Shore Plumbing on Yelp with good reviews so I called hoping I could find someone willing to come out on a Saturday afternoon.

I called Rich 1 hour before the start of the Patriot's Playoff game against Baltimore. He answered the phone himself and said he would be right over!

From the time I called to the time he had it fixed and was on his way was just about 2 hours!!

Can't say enough about how grateful I am and how knowledgeable and professional Rich was.

Thanks for your help and let's hope the Pats get it together!
