I cannot express how helpful and courteous Richard has been. We have called upon him for several plumbing issues. The first was a few months ago; our washing machine was leaking and we couldn't find the leak. We called Richard and he came right over. He figured out the problem and told us what it would take to fix it. I needed to wash clothes so we gave our approval and he fixed it.

Our next dealing with North Raleigh Plumbing and Mr. Richard came by way of our kitchen and bathroom faucets needing to be fixed. We called Richard and we told him the problem. He told us he would have to come out to see the issues for himself. We agreed on a date and time and he was here. He worked steadily on the issues and fixed the faucets. I swear to you, he makes it look easy!

I make it a habit to read reviews on the things I'm planning to use or the places I'm wanting to visit. I was shocked by the negative reviews on here regarding North Raleigh Plumbing. Our experiences with them have always been excellent! Richard knows what he is doing and does it in the most professional and timely fashion. He is now our Go- To man for our plumbing and hvac needs. I would recommend him and the company for any and all plumbing and/or hvac needs!

Richard came out to look at some septic issues I was having. I wasn't home at the time but he went ahead and took a look anyways. He was here for about 45 minutes looking at things and the best advice he could give me was to call a septic tank company. For this advice he charged me $130.00. During this time he also Cracked a part of my septic tank lid which is now emitting a foul odor in my back yard. My issue was he didn't even bother to mention that he had cracked the lid and when I called to ask about this he acted like it was no big deal. So now I am stuck with a foul smelling back yard, a broken lid that I have to fix, and a unresolved issue. Wouldn't recommend to an enemy.
