Needed a plumber ASAP, called North Pacific , couldn't accommodate me IMMEDIATELY (actually nobody could ) but he did refer me to a company that could help out sooner , which soon turned into immediately due I think to a cancellation?! Love the customer service that actually puts the customer first

I've had both a small job (new toilet) and a bigger job (new bathtub drain plumbing) done, and their work is excellent! A very reasonable hourly fee. I've been extremely satisfied and highly recommend North Pacific Plumbing.

I had a noise in my house when you ran water, so I called them yesterday to come look at it. They came 24 hours later and were right on time. Preston was friendly, professional and very thorough. He found the problem and fixed it within an hour. Definitely recommend this company!

UPDATE: Today we had our City of Davis inspection of our new hot water heater and the process went very quickly. I asked if that was usual and the inspector said that North Pacific Plumbing does a very good job and ""hits all our nails on the head,"" so inspections of their work go pretty quickly.

We are very, very happy with North Pacific Plumbing's work.

Thanks to North Pacific Plumbing I have a new water heater to replace the 28 year old leaker. They responded quickly to come out and assess the problem. They gave me a very good quote and scheduled the work on a timely basis with my approval. Preston, the journeyman plumber, did a great job (per City of Davis Building Inspector), on time and cleaned up the work area. Thanks Brent and crew.

Had 2 clogged drains, sink and bathtub in our older Davis home. Turned out to be 2 distinct problems. Plumber sent by North Pacific (sorry, can't remember his name) was on time, communicative, quick, and the cost was at the low end of the estimate and very reasonable! North Pacific will be my go to plumber from now on! (I had poor experiences with 2 other plumbing firms in the Davis area, so was very happy to find someone terrific!)

Replaced our waterheater in 1/2 day with Davis city permit. The worker was a sweet tough guy who knew his stuff. Layed down a tarp to protect our wood floors. I helped him hall old water heater out, which was a bit of a worry due to old back injury. Maybe confirm that they will indeed handle all remove with suffient staff?

Overall No hassle seems good and price was on par with other quotes from shady sales folk. We Did it 5 months ago?! And and all is well. I'd send friends here and can feel.good.about recommending to others in davis

I was a big fan of North Pacific Plumbing. We had a leak under our sink and they were able to come in, diagnose the problem, and fix it super quickly. Whereas a lot of experiences I've had they given me a window of time and then come later, with North Pacific they were available EARLY and asked if they could come then.

After quickly diagnosing the problem they went and got the parts and then fixed it all within a few hours.

I honestly hope that I don't need a plumber any time soon, but if I do, I'll definitely call North Pacific again.

I am giving a two star rating not for the work that was done on my kitchen pipe but on the customer service I received from Brent. When I was initially given a quote I was told the work would take a day or day and a half to complete. I was quoted $375 to replace a pipe fitting that had broken in my kitchen wall. The kitchen wall was already open and all that needed to be fixed was the actual pipe fitting. As a widow with two small children on a tight budget I thought the price seemed reasonable because of the amount of time it wouks take to complete. Imagine my surprise when the technician arrived and it took one hour to do everything and that included a half hour for the technician to go to the store to buy my parts. I spoke with Brent about lowering my bill since there was such a huge discrepancy in the actual amount of time to do the work and he was extremely rude with me. He could've told me why he needed to keep the price the same. Instead he became hostile and said if the job had taken 12 hours that I would not be complaining and that he would not even consider lowering the cost. I felt taken advantage of and not heard. Reading the other Yelp reviews it seems that people have had a good experience with the company but I did not. My advice to you is to make sure that you get an exact estimate on timing and discuss what will happen if the work takes shorter/longer to complete so there are no surprises.

Professional, friendly, great service. We have used North Pacific Plumbing for jobs ranging from unclogging a drain to plumbing our kitchen remodel and have always been pleased. Highly recommended.
