I can't recommend Jerrod highly enough; he's absolutely sensational. He's carried out a number of jobs for us, and on each occasion, has done so totally professionally and courteously. What I really appreciate is his sharing knowledge, insights and advice that only industry 'coded' pros really know. Additionally, I think his prices can't be beaten; I say this having been overcharged for a job that wasn't completed by a so-called 'master' industry pro. On top of all that, as another reviewer has mentioned, he's extremely friendly. Highly, highly recommended.

Called Jerred at 5 PM on a Saturday about a burst water heater. He was in the middle of another job. Yet by 10:45 PM, the new heater install was completed. Can't ask for more than that.

I had a broken sprinkler head in the front yard that needed immediate repair. A friend recommended North Metro Specialties to me. Jerred came out and the service was excellent. He gave an initial estimate. As he digged into the problem, he discovered that there was a tree root around the sprinkler that would take much longer (a couple of hours) to fix. He worked diligently to fix the issue. He completed the work without raising a penny! He also kindly offered to fix a few other minor issues in our sprinkler system for free. He did a thorough check after. Great service and quality and very reasonable price. High recommended!

We were having trouble getting someone to actually come out and turn on our sprinkler system this year, and North Metro was actually the third company we came across and called; I wish they'd been the first. Jarred came out and got everything turned on and inspected and advised us to get familiar with the drip system as they can be finicky but are easy to take care of ourselves.

The price was extremely reasonable, and I'm sure we'll use North Metro Specialties again.

I had an outside outlet that was not working. Found them on Craigslist and sent a text. They responded within 30 minutes and met me at my house about an hour later. They looked around and found out that one of my GFI's had blown but it was inside a closet and I had no idea it was even there! they were very professional and did not overcharge me. I kept their business card and hung it up because if I need a reliable electrician who does same-day work they are the guys... Awesome.

I had Jerred come out to help me with an outside spigot that froze. I was SUPER worried about freezing pipes and additional issues. He gave me an estimate over the phone and advised he would know more when he saw it. He was out within an hour, had it repaired in about 30 minutes, AND let me know that it wasn't as bad as he originally thought. Therefore, he actually LOWERED his quote - WOW!!!!

The very first time Jerred came out, he as doing a huge kindness. He had never met me before, but one of his neighbors told him that I was struggling with shoveling out the snow because I have some medical issues. He called me and asked if I would let him stop by after work and take care of it for me. When I told him I was on a tight income and couldn't afford much, he actually wouldn't let me pay him. It was purely a random act of kindness.

As he and I chatted later that day when he stopped by, I found out that he has been in management for corporate property maintenance for over 10 years (he started with the company working on their maintenance crew and worked his way up), and decided to go out on his own. Prior to that, he was in the military serving our country. I was SO impressed by his honesty, integrity, and drive to provide for his family that I decided to give him a shot when I needed things done around the house. He and his partner have EXTENSIVE experience, their prices are very reasonable and, quite frankly, you can't put a price on his integrity and the quality of his work. He is happy to provide references as well.

They do remodels, HVAC, plumbing....you name it. If they don't feel comfortable doing the work themselves, they will make sure to connect you with someone that is fully qualified.
