We were referred to Robby by some friends of ours to have some repairs done to our RV. First of all they took forever to even return our call. We were given an estimated date and they never showed up. We had to call again and they acted like it was no big deal. They came out and gave us an estimate which we agreed to. After the work was completed we received a bill for a lot more than quoted. When asked they said it was due to some missing items on their estimate. I would not have agreed to the estimate had I known. What a joke. Here we are a few months later and my a/c is still making noises. How can they stay open. Robby is all talk and his dad Bob has zero customer service skills. What a waste of money and time. Lesson learned.

Bob was great. Came out within the half hour and properly addressed our power issue. Clearly a by-the-book guy. No short cuts. Pricey but it's part of on-demand business. Worth it for peace of mind.

Had a freak dust devil pop down on top of us a pull our front awning straight up bending both arms (also picked up the picnic table and turned it into toothpicks). Called Robby about 5pm, he tracked down the needed parts, had them overnighted and showed up the next afternoon, as promised, and set to work getting us all fixed up. These guys were quick, efficient, and at a decent price for the service provided. I'd recommend this company to anyone needing a RV repair job.

I have used these guys a couple times now! Had a lousy experience at a big box RV store and wanted to find a local business I could trust and would ""actually"" listen to my concerns. Not brush them off. Robby and his dad are always taking their time to explain things to me, and answer my questions. They are full of knowledge and also have a convenient shop in Athol if you don't want mobile. Their prices are affordable compared to many of the RV shops in town. 5 stars for these guys!!!

Had a broken trailer on a holiday weekend while headed to northern Idaho. Lippert tech support did not know about the part they make and suggested another incompatible part. A call to north Idaho RV and they knew the right part ordered it and called saying it was ready for pickup the next weekday. It was an easy installation so I just did the install and didn't have them do it. Was great finding a small local shop to support.

DO NOT USE THEM. Bob took $1700.00 of our hard earned money with absolutely NO remorse. We hired Bob to install a BRAND NEW WORKING AC unit in our RV early August he took our money and installed a NON FUNCTIONAL UNIT. He then strung us along (proof in texts) for months saying ""two weeks"" ""two weeks"" on the phone he gave me his word he would make it right however on 10/13/2020 he decided to just try and pawn us off on another RV dealer in ARIZONA. Even though we are still currently in IDAHO. NEVER EVER use this company unless your ok with Bob scamming a medical disabled veteran and his pregnant wife oh not to mention a dishonest business practice. I personally have filed a complaint with the better business bureau. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

I wish I could recommend these folks as Rob (the son of the owner, Bob) was very nice when we came out to look at my Dometic toilet and heater. However, the toilet was not fixed during the first visit, and when he came out again to deliver a heater part, he didn't look again at our toilet that was still leaking. He did not believe it would be the water valve, and that it could be a cracked toilet. We were disappointed because we were heading out into much smaller locales. Rob sad we wouldn't be charged for either service call, although he still charged me $125. I was dumbfounded, but paid it.

As the toilet continued to leak, I bought a water valve myself about a month later and replaced it. That fixed the problem. Making the problem even worse was the fact that Rob told me he couldn't possibly stock all of the Dometic water valves even if that was the problem, but come to find out that the same part is used on all Dometic 300 series toilets. In the end, I fixed the problem myself and I was left with a heater part that I needed to self-install. Not the good service one likes to receive from a local small business.

Lastly, my email communications with Bob left a lot to be desired as he essentially said it's hard to find leaks when they don't see them; but in fact the toilet did leak when Rob was there the first time (he did not come in to look the second time). Bob was defensive and missed the point of my email.

Halfway into our month long RV trip we lost power to the coach on a Friday. Called all around and no one could help until sometime next week... Got hold of North Idaho RV Repair and Robbie was out within a few hours and had us up and running in an hour. Not only was he great at his job but he was also a really friendly, nice person. Saved our vacation! Highly recommended!!

This guy is awesome! He is not only great at repair but diagnosing is his Forte! He gets the job done thoroughly and explains the entire process. Very knowledgeable and Carries many parts with him in order to get the job done on time. Give him a call you won't be sorry.
