We called them on a Monday morning and they came out within 20 min to see what was going on with water coming up from under the floors. It wasn't a plumbing issue but they directed us to the AC leaking. Very knowledgeable and friendly.
I wish it WAS a plumbing issue because their customer service was so great! Will keep their info for future needs.

Noticed a hot spot on the floor. Googled it and determined I had a hot water leak in the slab. I called a couple of companies to come out and give me an estimate. The last company to stop by was North hills plumbing. Daniel provided me a couple of options along with an estimate to complete the work and I selected them 5 minutes after they left my house.

I'm tough to please. Daniel and Armondo did an outstanding job.

Timely, responsive, knowledgeable, along with great communication skills and minimal impact to go with a competitive cost to complete. I Would highly recommend this crew.

We had a slab leak and North Hills Plumbing came to our rescue. They showed up promptly to take care of our slab leak. They found out where the leak was and drilled a couple of holes to find it. Yep they found it. NHP fixed the leak and filled the holes in and everything was great. Few weeks later we were going to have wood floors put in but were told that we had to much moisture in the concrete. First thing we thought of was the slab leak came loose. Called NHP they came out made a hole and the repair was dry everything they did was perfect, then filled it in. They really did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend them. If we ever have another problem we will give them a call.

One of North Hills Plumbing employees driving the company van just failed to yield the right of way and would have side swiped me if I had not moved into the next lane on highway 820 in Lake Worth with oncoming traffic. I took out my cellphone to video the person. He waved to the camera. Classy employee they have working there. He then went from driving around 50 mph trying to avoid me to moving to the far left lane and driving around 80 mph. That did not last long. He then went all the way across the 3 lanes of traffic again to exit and go to White Settlement. I called to report his driving to the company. Doubt I'll hear from anyone. Their website says it's family owned. Probably one of the family members. I would never recommend a company with employees like this.

I've used NHP for years and they have always done a great job!
Recently, our hot water heater went out and caused a mess on our carpet and flooring. They went above and beyond to quickly get us another one and get it installed! Everyone there is friendly and professional. Thank you Vance and Preston for everything!

I had to have an old drum trap in the bathroom replaced with a new PTrap. In order to do this they had to remove the toilet and go in thru the foundation and under the bathtub. My tile was no longer available so I had to get new tile installed. I was able to coordinate things with both the plumber and flooring company and had the plumber out one day, flooring out the next day and then the plumber could come back the next day and reset the toilet. They explained everything to me and if something changed they let me know. I had used them 3 years ago when I had a cold water slab leak and they worked with the insurance company and adjustor really well. Everyone I have worked or spoken with at North Hills is very courteous. I highly recommend them for any job you have.

Joe was prompt and awesome when the city called me to tell me I had a 900.00+ water bill, and that it was NOT a "meter" issue. Joe explored all other possibilities that could possibly be the source of the water usage. Luckily there were NO leaks and it was in fact an old and faulty meter.
