We had North Hill Sewer and Drain come out and do two different jobs for us. The first was an outdoor faucet replacement/repair and the second was connecting our first and second floor plumbing together, for a new septic system that was being installed.
We were very pleased with their punctuality, communication and value of the quality of services that they performed for us. We had this bid out with several other companies and some of them looked completely confused about what we wanted done. Not North Hill Sewer and Drain; they looked at our project, explained how they would perform the needed work and quoted us a very fair price.
We would definitely use them again for any future plumbing needs. Thanks for a great experience!

This is a great customer service company. I needed three hose bibs for my house. They showed up on time for their quote and the actual job itself! He was upfront about what needed to be done and got it done quickly. I would do business with them again!

Did not use them but the guy was very honest and after he heard my other quotes, he told me the job was simple and to go with the lowest quote because this particular job was hard to get wrong. I respect his honesty.

My sinks been leaking since we installed our cabinets. I replaced the faucet once already. Leaking continued. I hesitantly called a plumber as this was obviously something I was not able to troubleshoot. Warren from north hill was very professional and fast. He quickly diagnosed the issue which was (spoiler alert) the faucet again. Long story short Warren found the problem, bought a new faucet, and replaced all the PVC plumbing beneath my sink just to be safe. If you are looking for experienced and honest professionals for any plumbing issues I would HIGHLY recommend North Hill Sewer and Drain.

Rick and his team were a pleasure to work with. They discovered two major issues with my sewer line that needed to be repaired immediately. Initially I was told my concrete porch would need to be jackhammered up but Rick spent some time looking for alternatives and was able to come up with a solution so that could be avoided (thank you!). He was always very responsive and took his time to explain everything to me thoroughly even when I asked more questions than necessary. They worked very quickly and their rate was incredibly reasonable. I would definitely recommend them to anybody who needs work done on their sewer line.

As previous reviews have stated Rick and Warren are awesome they responded to a quote request on a weekend and they showed up to look at the problem. They started work the next day and were able to fix the clog drain in a couple of days. Great job!

Rick and Warren are awesome! I bought a mess of a house and have used them on several occasions. They are honest, fair, hard working, responsive men. What they fix, stays fixed. Their prices are reasonable and well worth every penny. If there were a higher rating they would definitely get it! I am so thankful to have found them.

A leak into a downstairs basement closet (on a late Friday afternoon, of course) turned into a ceiling removing/multiple-pipe-replacing/HVAC-ductwork-excavating nightmare. But Rick and Warren showed up on the weekend (yes, weekend!) and got to work. It turned out to be a multi-day task as more issues arose but they they were professional, clean, friendly, fairly priced, punctual and most importantly, they got my kitchen back up and running! I highly recommend North Hill Sewer & Drain.
