Recommended Customer Reviews

Absolutely terrible experience. The tech arrived late, barely bothered with diagnostics, and was ready to leave without even getting approval from the home warranty company for additional work. While I was on the phone trying to sort it out with the warranty provider, he just up and left without a word. No professionalism, no effort--complete waste of time. Avoid at all costs.

Not a complicated repair, but the plumber struggled with it and finally told me that I should hire a ""real"" plumber. Will never use them again.

Let me start by saying their customer service is TERRIBLE. They gave me a 4 hour window for when they will make it to my home. I kept calling for an ETA because I never received an update as the time window they had given me was almost up. You have to call the office 3 times just for the lady to pick up. I inquired about a discount due to them being over a hour and a half late and their response was, "" reschedule or wait til I get there."" That was totally unacceptable. I had already rearranged my schedule in order to receive the service. They stopped answering the phone which was expected after seeing how they operate in business, would NEVER recommend.

Nick was amazing. He even returned with a hectic workload to come back and fix a separate leak after a miscommunication on my end upon his initial visit

Nick was the plumber that came and changed our faucet. He inspected the old one, went out to get a new one and replaced it in a timely manner. Very professional and clean work.

incapable.
I had water hammer in the pipes. I showed both plumber coming on scene. One played stupid and pretended and nothing is wrong. The other one heard it and said its not a leak and had no idea what a water hammer is. Excuse me? Did you pass your plumber cert with your feet?

Chris and Ken came out to our home to help with a leaky toilet. They went above and beyond and explained what they were doing every step of the way. The price was reasonable and they were quick to schedule me. Will use them again.

They first assessed the leak under my sink, which was coming from my dishwasher. They didn't see any leaking in the pipe, so they told me the leak was inside and wanted to make a hole in the stucco to know the problem. This was their initial assessment. They didn't do anything else, nor did they even pull out my dishwasher to check where the water was coming from and going outside the wall. I hired a different contractor who solved the problem without making a hole in the stucco but instead in the drywall. They snaked my pipe, and the leak was gone! Unbelievably, someone would want to make a hole in the stucco instead of the drywall. SMH! Also there's a language barrier problem with this company. They can't give me proper English explanations during the assessment and don't know the difference between Stucco and drywall.

Questionable assessment and charges: first of all it took 3 months to have a new shower handle replaced. messages and phone calls left unanswered.
1st tech tried to replace my shower handle; it didn't fit. Told me valve stem had to be replaced and my insurance (I have additional home insurance) does not cover the cost and I will have to pay them $500 out of pocket.
Almost 3 months later a 2nd tech wanted to come out and assess and bring some shower handles. Why start from what was initially done 3 months prior. He told me if I need new valve stem, again, it would $500 out of pocket I would have to pay them.
My insurance policy does cover valves and when I called the insurance they said in No circumstances should they discuss money with me. The tech was adamant that my insurance company would not cover. said he's been working with them for years. My policy clearly states it was covered.
Final result: a new shower handle was put on. I question this company? Why 3 months later (many many times trying to call them) were they able to put a new handle on? Why not the first time? We're they charging for every visit? Additionally, if they wrongfully replaced valve, they would have left me with a complete shower wall to redo.
My advice: do your due diligence before having any work be done by this company and be sure to have patience in getting ahold of them by phone. It took me from Aug 2nd to Oct 11th to have completed. mostly because company never answered phone or returned my messages.

North gate plumbing was sent out by home warranty company. Max did an amazing job fixing my toilet issue. He was super nice and explained what he did.
