Tayden H.They did not fix my issue!I spoke to the manager who I thought would be professional and willing to fix the issue. But I received the complete opposite. I do not recommend this company to anyone. Nor will I ever use them again. My closet leaked for over a week because their technicians refused to complete the job. Do not use this company. Satisfaction is not guaranteed!
Lisa H.The technician and his apprentice arrived on time. They began assessing the issue, fortunately it was nothing that needed fixing! The guys were really nice and explained things about the plumbing in my house. I felt the initial cost was reasonable until the technician talked and talked and talked his way into another quarter hour which cost me more money. That was disappointing. Next time I won't engage in conversation as to not get dinged for it. I guess the boss keeps them on a tight schedule.
