NEP quoted for services not needed, a 2nd plumber told me the sediment trap I was quoted for was already installed on the appliance, im not a plumbing expert so I rely on experts for their opinion so this is the kind of stuff I was hoping the NEP plumber would communicate to me instead of just giving me a quote for work. I emailed their office of my dissatisfaction but received no reply.

Sunday morning I woke up to a leak behind my toilet, I started to panic when I could not reach my landlord to address and solve the issue. as a father of three the chaos of trying to get ready and make it to church on time was getting real. I decided to call this company and briefly explained the problem I was having. The man on the phone (Nick) walked me threw shutting off my water to stop the leak. I think he could sense my stress. We set up a time that was convenient for me to meet and on time a technician showed up (James). long story short these guys showed up on there day off to help me out, didn't upcharge me cause of the emergency and because I was local and there local took very good care of me and my issue. I recommend this company to anyone who has bad experience with a plumbing company or in serious need of help in a hurry!!

My wife and I were referred to North End for an install of whole house water filter system. Their price came in lower than a bigger local company and helped make it a no brainer to work with them on it. The day of install Nick and Jaymes gave us a heads up they were on their way and did the job in a very quick and clean manner, clearing out the old salt tank system and leaving that area of the garage looking tidy and with more space. Loved the price and the process of working with a business run by two friends. Great experience and can't wait to work with them on another project!
