After calling numerous plumbers that wanted to charge an arm and a leg to fix a leak that had been made worse by another contractor, we tried Holden and were very pleased. Other plumbers couldn't even give us time and date as to when they can come out to look at the leak, let alone fix it. Holden, got someone out right away and they fixed it in less price than others who were quoting even higher price just to come out and see how much it may really cost. The plumber sent was professional and advised us about the coupon that we can print from their website, helping us get this item done in reasonable, expected price than the arm and a leg that everyone else wanted to charge and not even commit to fixing anything.

We'll be using Holden as our plumbers in the future due to this experience as I am sure plumbing services will be needed from time to time.

I can't believe how dishonest this company is. They are only out to make a buck. If you use this company, keep track of the time. I asked again and again for prices, and kept getting the run around until the bill came. Do your research before you get sucked into their games.

I called on a Monday morning and even though they were busy, they worked me in because the service guy was in my area. The plumber that came to my house has been with the company for 16 years and rebuilt the shower faucet handles in about 30 minutes. (Mine had stripped and the water couldn't turn off! I had to turn off the house's water supply!) The tech was so knowledgeable and friendly and gave me tips on where to go to get parts should anything break that could be fixed without a plumber. Really great service!

This company technician is not that professional and the company manage work order badly. I have call them to fix the main bathroom shower controller leak issue on Monday and after work they can't find part on that day. The technician can't put the part back to original condition but just try to use a rubber cover to stop water leak and fail during that night. The technician need to come again that night to stop the shower water leak out. On Tuesday the technician can't make schedule and call me at last minute. We reschedule on Wednesday and last minute again the technician call me he got the wrong part. eventually on Thursday he bring the right part to fix the issue. with this kind of small problem take 4 day to fix it and charge me more than 300$ is way to much. I will not recommend this company to anyone.
After two days I just found the technician didn't assemble the shower back in it original order. This is really unprofessional.

I called Holden Plumbing to fix a leak in the front yard and within less than a month it was leaking again. They said the "new leak" was in a different spot and refused to fix it under their "warranty". I then called a plumber highly rated by the BBB and they fixed the leak and could not see what Holden has "fixed". So far so additional problems have surfaced. I would not recommend this company.

Just remodeled a bathroom and a closet the only thing I paid a professional to do was to come out and do the plumbing extremely disappointed with the way Holden did the work. considering everything we told the worker they came out things are not in the right places and i will have to redo half of what they did. it was very expensive for the very tiny bit of amount of work that they did. I am extremely disappointed. They were recommended by one of the services and I would never ever recommend them to anyone else.

This company is HORRIBLE! I had called yesterday and told them I wanted an estimate on some work to be done at my house. They never said a thing about a charge or anything. I just wanted an estimate. they came out and looked at my problem and then charged me 60 bucks because i didn't want it repaired today. unprofessional jerks.

I generally look to yelp for reviews but have never written one myself. This will be the first one I've ever written because I'm so unhappy with the service (or lack of in my case). I called up Holden based on the two reviews (maybe that was a bad idea?). We needed a repairman to fix our toilet because it was wobbly and a smell was starting to come up. My husband met the service person at our home and before he even pulls up the toilet he already tells my husband that it's going to be $150 to change the wax seal. My husband was in a rush so he figured to go ahead and let the guy fix it. When the service person pulled up our toilet he tells my husband that it's an additional $500 dollars to replace the flange for a total of almost $700!! My husband was so upset he didn't want to go through with the service because he felt we were being taken. So we had to pay the $59 service call fee (which I don't have a problem with because they did come out to our home) and $150 because he pulled up our toilet. I do not recommend this company to anyone..not even my worst enemy. I will looking for a more honest and reputable plumber in our area. It's so hard to find a trustworthy repairman!!

These guys really do awesome work and area pleasure to work with. They just finished replacing our sewer line from house to street, new connections, the works. No complaints. This makes the 3rd job they have done for us. Highly recommend.
