Very satisfied with Holden Plumbing's work and pricing.
Pleasant, quick, knowledgeable service.
Easy-to-understand pricing.
Would use this service again.

Just remodeled a bathroom and a closet the only thing I paid a professional to do was to come out and do the plumbing extremely disappointed with the way Holden did the work. considering everything we told the worker they came out things are not in the right places and i will have to redo half of what they did. it was very expensive for the very tiny bit of amount of work that they did. I am extremely disappointed. They were recommended by one of the services and I would never ever recommend them to anyone else.

The team at Holden's have come out twice over the past few months. I'm not happy I needed their devices but I'm very happy with the service they provided. Both times they explained what was needed and why I needed it as well as the costs. It really did feel like a friend who was giving me advice.

These guys really do awesome work and area pleasure to work with. They just finished replacing our sewer line from house to street, new connections, the works. No complaints. This makes the 3rd job they have done for us. Highly recommend.

This company is HORRIBLE! I had called yesterday and told them I wanted an estimate on some work to be done at my house. They never said a thing about a charge or anything. I just wanted an estimate. they came out and looked at my problem and then charged me 60 bucks because i didn't want it repaired today. unprofessional jerks.

My husband and I recently relocated to Coppell and used Holden Plumbing to re-work our water lines to the washing machine. The technicican was super friendly, very knowledgeable and the price was competitive with other reputable plumbing companies. Overall, we were pleased with our experience and we do intend to use Holden for future plumbing needs.

After calling numerous plumbers that wanted to charge an arm and a leg to fix a leak that had been made worse by another contractor, we tried Holden and were very pleased. Other plumbers couldn't even give us time and date as to when they can come out to look at the leak, let alone fix it. Holden, got someone out right away and they fixed it in less price than others who were quoting even higher price just to come out and see how much it may really cost. The plumber sent was professional and advised us about the coupon that we can print from their website, helping us get this item done in reasonable, expected price than the arm and a leg that everyone else wanted to charge and not even commit to fixing anything.
We'll be using Holden as our plumbers in the future due to this experience as I am sure plumbing services will be needed from time to time.

Such a ripoff. They show up and then they need a new plastic part that will be $179. They need something else for more money. They wanted $189 to rebuild a toilet that didn't need it.
I had this verified by another plumber. They were just creating issues to jack up the cost.
They dealt with my wife and really took advantage of her. Being a so called woman owned company you would think they would be better.
Stay away or you will be sorry.

This is an update to my earlier review. Becky from Holden Plumbing has contacted me in response to my review on Yelp. I felt that she was genuinely interested in finding out what could have been done better to improve my experience with their company. Without me asking, she offered to refund the $99 service charge.

We had our spa serviced for the winter by a pool company. A few days later we smelled a faint odor of gas. We had the spa heater checked again. It was not the problem. We called Holden to check the house forf gas leaks. They did and could not determine where the problem was. It seemed to be located near the hot water heater, and since it was old, we hired them to replace. Of course, they had to cut the gas off which meant the pilot light on spa heater went out. We asked them to make sure they relit it. However, we soon discovered it was not lit. We didn't know if the problem was the heater or just that they pilot light was out. We had to pay the pool service company to come out and re-light. The tech told us that the plumbers did not make sure it stayed lit. It cost us $125 to have something done which Holden's plumbers should have done before they left. They are refusing to help with the bill.
