I woke up to a leaky water heater. NCWH responded quickly when I called and arrived within a couple of hours. They explained the process and proceeded to replace the unit. The quality of their work was excellent and they cleaned after themselves. Within 25 minutes after installation was completed we got our hot water back. The price initially quoted was the price I paid. Great value. Excellent service.

The water heater in my home was 14 years old and just started having issues with the pilot light not staying lit and it also developed a leak a few days ago. I contacted Plamen from North County Water Heater Services and he sent me a message probably within 5 minutes of me reaching out. He gave me a quote for replacing the water heater with another model of the same size and was able to schedule the time of installing it around what day worked for me. He arrived right on time for when he said he was going to come and he did a fantastic job with the install. He replaced piping and also the valve supplying water to the heater since it was also corroded. I had hot water within 2 hours from the time he arrived. I called Plamen for an estimate to replace our water heater. He gave me an appointment the same day. Upon his arrival and looking at the water heater he told me the water heater is still under warranty. He directed me to call the company and process the credit. I did and it took me five minutes. He scheduled to replace the water heater next day in the morning. He came with his son, Chris, removed the old water heater, loaded it in their van, took it to the Home Depot, got a replacement, and installed it. Plamen is an honest man with good workmanship. He gives advice based on what will work the best, not him making more money. I recommend North County Water Heater Services and will use them next time.
