Plamen and his assistant were professional and their work quality. No corners were cut and they answered all my questions about the process. Definitely recommend their services!

We had a great experience with North County Water Heater services. Within an hour of us realizing our heater was leaking all over the garage, and within 30 minutes of us calling, they were here, replacing it! We feel the price was reasonable, and Plamen was courteous and efficient and even went above and beyond by wiping down the wet area with bleach to prevent mold and placing a pan with pipe to the outside so it won't flood our garage again. He even replaced the broken water shut off valve and badly corroded pipe for us. He also hauled away the old water heater. This was overall a really great experience and I would 100% recommend this company.

We needed a new water heater and thought that we had a great plumber that we had used on a number of occasions so it was a bit of a shock when the previous company, Proactive Plumbing was a zero when it came to getting back to us with an estimate or even expressing the slightest interest in our job.
Back to Yelp, where we found North County Water Heater Service. To begin with, there was an immediate estimate, not a ball park figure. Secondly, the price was reasonable and the availability was just what we needed.
The installer Plamen was responsive on every level, texting us when he was on his way and keeping with the exact time frame. The job was done to our complete satisfaction and Plamen followed up with a return visit to ensure that the expansion tank that my husband had installed had the correct pressure.
You couldn't ask for better customer service!!!

Thanks Plamen! Needed a new water heater and had called a previous plumber who could make it in 3 days. No thanks. Called North County Water Heater and Plamen quoted a price which I agreed to and he said it should be between 1-2pm TODAY. Perfect. But even better Plamen texted me when he was expecting to arrive and did so on time. After installation Plamen went over instructions with clarity. New water heater looks great and CLEAN. Did a great clean up afterwards as well. Great work, punctuality and honest communication. BIG 5 Stars! Obviously I would recommend Plamen's service. So appreciated the same day service.

After SDG&E visited our house and determined that the pilot light on our water heater couldn't be restarted without calling someone who could repair our water heater, we felt stuck, not sure who to call. Finding North County Water Heater online turned out to be just right. They were incredibly prompt all the way through -- from answering our first call to scheduling a visit the next morning and then, once Vladimir determined that a new controler had to be ordered, getting the part and fixing the water heater the same day. Given the the job turned out to be complicated, the price charged was probably below going rates and the service top notch all the way. Vladimir was excellent from start to finish and the cost was more than fair.

I was looking for Water Heater San Marcos and his site popped up on page one with 50 5 Star ratings on Yelp (I thought this might be too good to be true).
We were moving to a new home and the current water heater needed replacement. I contacted several companies, but most were trying to up-sell me on their services and expensive equipment.
I contacted him Saturday and he stated he could come on Father's Day. I did not want to that, so we opted for Monday. He told me to text images from the current system and explained what I needed, what was best, plain and simple - no sales pitch etc.
He texted me 45 min in advance to let me know I was coming - always a good sign. I paid him in advance as I could stay behind. He did a great job and I would recommend to anyone.
