I've had 2 issues with my water heater leaking in different places in the last couple of years, and both times Plamen has fixed them the same day, in a short amount of time and for a very reasonable rate. I called in the morning and he was able to come over just a couple hours later on a Saturday, fixed the issue in maybe 10 minutes and charge was very reasonable. Nice guy too and cleans the place up afterward. If you have any issues with a water heater or need a new one this guy is great and I couldn't recommend him enough!

It is not that often that I have the privilege of giving out a five star review to a business. Most businesses have room for improvement. If you don't believe me, check out my other reviews. With that said, this business gets my full endorsement and all five stars.

Here are the details:
This company [one man show?] was contacted at roughly 11:30 AM and was able to replace my hot water heater the same day. - He gets credit for that.

He committed to showing up at 1:30 PM and he showed up a few minutes early. -He gets a credit for being punctual.

He also quoted a very fair price over the phone, no games. It was a total out the door price that was cheaper than most of his competition. -This is where he scores the most points of all in my opinion.

He went to work right away and was done in a few hours with replacing my hot water heater. The price he quoted over the phone was the exact same price I paid, No surprises.-He also gets credit for this.

Reviewing his work, from what I can tell, the workmanship is great. He used top quality products and did not skimp or cut corners. He followed building codes and upgraded where necessary..-he also gets full credit for this.

He was very courteous and able to work around my meetings I was having at the time. Ivan he gets credit for this too.

Plamen is extremely professional, courteous, and does a first rate job! He even found an old 5 dollar bill I had lost in our laundry room and left it on the dryer. That's as honest as it gets, and the new water heater is fantastic!

Definitely saved our day. Water heater went out on President's day. Our previous repair guy couldn't come for four days!
Plamen said he could come in less than two hours. He came earlier than quoted. He identified the problem and had the part. He also let me know the part was under warranty. I just paid for the labor and the call.
NCWHS will definitely be our fist call from now on.

Plamen is on time, gives excellent, accurate time and cost estimates and is very pleasant to deal with. He installed my under sink reverse osmosis system and hooked it up to my fridge for cold, filtered water and clean ice, too. He is very reasonable and came out again when the dishwasher wasn't draining right. I would recommend him and will hire him again when needed. Top notch.

This is the third time we have used Plamen (garbage disposal replacement, faucet replacement) and he has restored our faith in plumbers! My sister moved to a new development and the toilets the builders provided had a weird big flapper that is hard to remove/replace and would not close properly. Other plumbers would take advantage of the situation and make it appear more complicated and replace the whole part inside. Instead, he thought of a cheap and simple fix (adding a metal ring to force the flapper to close). I like that he isn't wasteful (he could have suggested to change the entire part inside to make it easy to replace the flapper next time). He also added the same rings to all toilets in the house since it is most likely to have the same issue. He didn't want to charge for the extra rings in the toilet but we added $10 to cover the cost of the rings just because we wanted to show our appreciation for being an honest and reliable person.

Excellent work and service. He was at our house 30 min after calling (the day before Thanksgiving) and had a new water heater installed on time as promised. The new water heater was also installed more aesthetically than the old installation. Very satisfied.

A defective faucet brings new opportunities. In January I purchased a new kitchen faucet from Costco. At the time reviewers on Costco site had generally good things to say about the faucet. NCWHS professionally installed the new faucet in February. My wife and I loved the faucet the first few months but then gradually the water flow began to decrease. By September the decreased water flow was frustrating. I returned to the Costco website to see where I may have erred. Ah hah, recent reviews of this faucet were scathing documenting decreased water flow. Reviewers had returned the faucet to Costco for credit and then purchased a different model. I did the same and purchased a better faucet at Costco.
Hey, but here was my opportunity to again utilize NCWHS and Plamen! I texted Plamen and we were quickly able to set a time the following day for service. Plamen again texted me when he was on the way to my home. This time I was ready and had towels near the sink for use! Plamen arrived and as always promptly went to work. He removed the old faucet and water lines and then installed new lines and hardware. Plamen asked me where we would like the faucet handle positioned as this model offered flexibility. In no time the job was professionally completed, the space cleaned and Plamen was ready to depart. NCWHS invoice price was very reasonable and way below what other professional plumbers would charge. I am so happy to have NCWHS and Plamen as our ""Go To"" plumbing service! My wife and I also love our new kitchen faucet.
