Over Memorial Day weekend (on Sunday), we discovered our water heater was leaking. We called around and looked at Home Depot for a new heater. Then we called Plamen. He could come right away, his cost was reasonable and the reviews here on Yelp were terrific. Let us tell you, he deserves these positive reviews. He was responsive, professional and installed a new, reasonably priced water heater in no time at all. My husband and I are so pleased with the service and would absolutely use North County Water Heater Services again. Highly recommend!

Great service and fair price. Palman came to replace anode rode for my water storage tank. He was on time and only took him 30 mini to complete the job. I found them to be very reliable and simple straight forward. I definitely recommend them to anyone who need service on their water heater.

Another fantastic experience with Plamen and this company. One of our tenants called yesterday afternoon (Saturday) about their leaking water heater. Getting my new water heater from NC Water Heater Services was honestly the best interaction I've ever had with a home/appliance contractor. Fast response time, fair price, and the beautiful work he did on installing it made me realize what a crappy job the last guy did on the old one. Yes, I just called a water heater beautiful.

I noticed late yesterday that there a bunch of water outside my water heater. I put out inquiries on Yelp, and Plaman called within minutes, agreed to come by first thing in the morning. He just came by, diagnosed a leaking pipe that needed replacing, and did so for very modest price. This was compared to another top-rate business that wanted $500 charge just to come out on the weekend, in addition to a new water heater. i highly recommend this guy, i couldn't ask for better!

He and his son were just at my house to install a new water heater. The Price he quoted was more than fair. Actually, a great price.
As he got started he said, ""Sir you don't need a new water heater, you just need a new hot water supply line. It's the line that is leaking.""
He replaced the line and charged a small fee for the flex pipe and labor.
I'm a happy customer.

I've noticed my water heater started to leak from the bottom on Sunday night which started my search on Yelp for a reputable plumber to install a new one. Pouring over multiple quotes and responses, I've selected North County Water Heater Services. They weren't the cheapest but not the most expensive however reasonable. He was available the following day which was perfect because cold showers kinda suck.

Plamen was on time, provided good communication, and was diligent in getting the unit professionally installed. I appreciate the attention to detail and pride in his work. I can recommend Plamen if you want a water heater installed properly.

In the end, we have hot water. Happy wife happy life right?

If you need work done on a water heater this is your guy. I asked around and was quoted twice the price but decided to get a second opinion and north county water heater responded right away with a no nonsense fair price (half the first quote). I thought I was going to get some kind of story at the end that would raise the price at the last minute. They came in exactly when they said, fixed for exactly the price quoted and did a very good and timely job. I don't think you can ask for anything more professional and honest. I will definitely recommend this company to anyone in the North County area.
