I've had plumbing issues with my home and only Michael at North County """"cracked the code"""". He came with his assistant, Johnny, and were professional and solved my plumbing issue methodically! I've used other plumbing companies but none of them recognize the outlet on the other side of the house! They also spoke highly of the family owned company, giving examples of their loyalty towards their employees, something sadly missing in the workplace today!

i have had nothing but problems with north county plumbing 1. the first time they came to our home to look at a stoppage issue,, they told us a toilet was broken and offered to replace it for $400. then we determined the toilet did not have to be replaced. 2. a week later they told us the real problem with our stoppage was that we needed to have our pipes snaked, they came out and they charged us $350 to do the job which took less than an hour. 3. it's 30 days later and our system is backed up again. they came back to our home, treated us rudely and then informed us """"we don't guarantee stoppage once we have done it"""" 4. this time they told us that we need to spend about $700 to have the pipes """"cameraed"""" enough is enough. they must think that if they yell and raise their voices that we will be intimidated. i am going to report this to the better business bureau. people like this should not be allowed to stay in business.

Although the address for this company is Riviera Beach, FL, they cover a much greater territory with an 800 business telephone number. We secured this company through Lowe's and we were very thankful for the referral. We needed some plumbing completed for the installation of a water softener. Jerry contacted us immediately and scheduled an appointment for an estimate. We agreed upon a price after Jerry explained what he would have to do for the installation. Jerry arrived on time, was very professional and courteous. Jerry explained how the product worked and encouraged us to call any time with any questions or concerns. It is very hard to find reliable and good professionals. So, when we do find someone who has provided this level of service, we like to pass on the information.

I have used North County plumbing on several occasions. They have repaired my toilets a few times and my sink. They know what they are doing. Friendly technicians and professional. They ran a little late by no fault of the company or the tech. Just wish they had kept me up to date on the delay otherwise they do a good job. Offered me a discount for running late but In these crazy days of COVID I'd rather they get the money. Everyone need help these days.

This long time local firm is reliable and reasonably priced. When I called, I was given an estimate based on the problem. The plumber, Don, was very experienced, neat and efficient. He explained everything and quickly solved our problems. Highly recommended!

I just want to brag on North County Plumbing for doing an amazing job at my home today!! Thank you Anthony Agrusa for sending such a great and professional man to my home! He could have easily taken me to the bank but decide to fix what was broken instead of trying to sell me on all kinds of stuff. So if you need someone for any small or large project you should call North County Plumbing!

Be aware, terrible customer service and bill amount changed by $236 without informing me. they took advantage of me and didn't fix the leak.

I had two issues that needed to be fixed, a toilet that was constantly running and a kitchen faucet that did not provide hot water. I explained this when i made the appointment and was told to get new ones if they needed to be replaced. I ask that the toilet be fixed first but the repair man wanted to replace the new faucet first, which he did in approx half and hour. I also bought a new toilet but he said that he could fix the old one for a lot less money. He did not have the part on his truck and said that he would order it (L shaped valve and gasket). I paid $157 for installation of new faucet and $195 for the toilet part and installation, which took around 5 minutes to install and test. I now have a 20 year old toilet with one new part. Not worth the approximately $300 labor cost. Very disappointed

I spent $1200 for North County to install a water heater. They left it with the 25 year old plug, saying that they aren't electricians. So... Why charge for installing an electrical device?

Not impressed with their bait and switch tactics quoting me one price ($120) for two """"toilet rebuilds"""" which was nothing more than replacing a fill valve and flapper (a $15 dollar kit). He then charged me $240 for two. The job took him 15 minutes. The plumber used some old parts from his junk bucket. He wouldn't touch replacing a worn out shut off valve, which is one reason why I called them to begin with. He said he was afraid he might crack the water line and he didn't want to have to replace it. Really? You're a plumber for Christ sake. They came highly recommended but I was major league unimpressed. Don't call this company. If you need a honest plumber, call Delta Mechanical Plumbers of Florida. They have not let me down.
