This is a follow-up review. I was at first very disappointed with North County Plumbing however the owner, Anthony called me & promised a resolution to the problem. He sent his very best person to my house, his name is Dean, who assess the situation and determined that parts needed to be ordered. Fast forward to next week and Dean arrives with the new parts. He installs them into the toilet & the toilet is fixed. I would like to give a special shout-out to Dean for being smart & really knowing the plumbing business. After Lowe's majorly messed up delivery for a new dishwasher TWICE by not sending an installer with the appliance, they contracted North County to deliver and install. I am sooo grateful that they did! The two men they sent out were aware of the fracas with Lowe's and were respectful, professional and worked their tails off to get the installation right, despite a couple of setbacks. It took them well over an hour to gently shimmy the appliance into a space that was made almost impossibly too small due to the new tile floor height and VERY tight space. These guys were straightforward, honest about the issues and diligent in resolving the problem. So very impressed! Have asked them for estimates on a complex plumbing change because of their professionalism and work ethic.

Came out during a very busy time to look at my problem. Diagnosed the real cause of the issue, which 3 previous plumbers had not. Did not charge me the previously quoted price because they did not use the specialty equipment I assumed they needed. Were friendly and honest and took the time to EXPLAIN to me exactly why we were chronically having a very frustrating plumbing problem. Although the address for this company is Riviera Beach, FL, they cover a much greater territory with an 800 business telephone number. We secured this company through Lowe's and we were very thankful for the referral. We needed some plumbing completed for the installation of a water softener. Jerry contacted us immediately and scheduled an appointment for an estimate. We agreed upon a price after Jerry explained what he would have to do for the installation. Jerry arrived on time, was very professional and courteous. Jerry explained how the product worked and encouraged us to call any time with any questions or concerns. It is very hard to find reliable and good professionals. So, when we do find someone who has provided this level of service, we like to pass on the information.

This long time local firm is reliable and reasonably priced. When I called, I was given an estimate based on the problem. The plumber, Don, was very experienced, neat and efficient. He explained everything and quickly solved our problems. Highly recommended!

If I could give ZERO STARS, I WOULD. We purchased a garbage disposal and installation through Lowe's (INSTALLATION, NOT REPLACEMENT) and were told that someone would contact us for an appointment. We did not receive a call for the first FOUR DAYS from anyone for an appointment (which incidentally, is ONE DAY PAST when you can cancel and get your money refunded from Lowe's.) I am self-employed and took a day off work (at a loss of several hundred dollars) to be here for the installer. The installer arrived on time but, once here, looked under the sink and said, """"Oh, you need an installation, not a replacement."""" I said, """"That is what I paid for."""" He called his office and said, """"Someone will call you with a new day AND PRICE. I can do it but they aren't comfortable with me doing it."""" I was furious! THREE MORE DAYS PASSED AND NO ONE CALLED. I finally received a call - not from North County Plumbing but from Lowe's. Their response: """"North County Plumbing told us they can do the installation but it will be an additional $180 over the quoted price."""" Needless to say, I returned the disposal and demanded my money back from Lowe's. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. LOWE'S SHOULD CANCEL THEM AS A VENDOR, AS WELL.

I had two issues that needed to be fixed, a toilet that was constantly running and a kitchen faucet that did not provide hot water. I explained this when i made the appointment and was told to get new ones if they needed to be replaced. I ask that the toilet be fixed first but the repair man wanted to replace the new faucet first, which he did in approx half and hour. I also bought a new toilet but he said that he could fix the old one for a lot less money. He did not have the part on his truck and said that he would order it (L shaped valve and gasket). I paid $157 for installation of new faucet and $195 for the toilet part and installation, which took around 5 minutes to install and test. I now have a 20 year old toilet with one new part. Not worth the approximately $300 labor cost. Very disappointed
