I have used North County plumbing on several occasions. They have repaired my toilets a few times and my sink. They know what they are doing. Friendly technicians and professional. They ran a little late by no fault of the company or the tech. Just wish they had kept me up to date on the delay otherwise they do a good job. Offered me a discount for running late but In these crazy days of COVID I'd rather they get the money. Everyone need help these days.

Called in the early afternoon for an appointment, for an answering service - was told I would get a call to schedule... still waiting on that call. Maybe my repair didn't qualify for the emergency call out money so I was pushed to the bottom... but even to schedule?

Mixed Review at Best! First, I have always had plumbers who come and look at the job to assess the situation, explain the problem, discuss the """"fix"""" and then tell me the cost. Not the case here. This was done over the phone and with me sending a picture. The end result was me paying almost $5000 for two residential water heaters! I must say I feel a bit foolish. This could have been avoided if the regular process I described above was followed. That said...and the only reason I did not give them 1 star was because of the technician. He was awesome. My recommendation is """"PROCEED WITH EXTREME CAUTION"""".

Yesterday we had a plumbing emergency. I immediately went to """"next door"""" to review previous recommendations. We decided on North County Plumbing due to their glowing reviews on next door. Unfortunately, we called North County and was told someone would call us back regarding an ETA. We called 4 times throughout the day and was told the same thing. No return call, not even this morning. We ended up calling All Star Plumbing yesterday due to lack of reply from other company. They came out within 2 hours yesterday, completed the job on a Sunday and the cost was very reasonable. Highly recommend All Star Plumbing. If you want to be forgotten about as a customer, then call North County.

I spent $1200 for North County to install a water heater. They left it with the 25 year old plug, saying that they aren't electricians. So... Why charge for installing an electrical device?

If I could give ZERO STARS, I WOULD. We purchased a garbage disposal and installation through Lowe's (INSTALLATION, NOT REPLACEMENT) and were told that someone would contact us for an appointment. We did not receive a call for the first FOUR DAYS from anyone for an appointment (which incidentally, is ONE DAY PAST when you can cancel and get your money refunded from Lowe's.) I am self-employed and took a day off work (at a loss of several hundred dollars) to be here for the installer. The installer arrived on time but, once here, looked under the sink and said, """"Oh, you need an installation, not a replacement."""" I said, """"That is what I paid for."""" He called his office and said, """"Someone will call you with a new day AND PRICE. I can do it but they aren't comfortable with me doing it."""" I was furious! THREE MORE DAYS PASSED AND NO ONE CALLED. I finally received a call - not from North County Plumbing but from Lowe's. Their response: """"North County Plumbing told us they can do the installation but it will be an additional $180 over the quoted price."""" Needless to say, I returned the disposal and demanded my money back from Lowe's. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. LOWE'S SHOULD CANCEL THEM AS A VENDOR, AS WELL.

Worst plumbing company I have ever used. Was quoted a price and they charged my father 175$ more because I was not here. Customers beware you know what I'm saying?

Be aware, terrible customer service and bill amount changed by $236 without informing me. they took advantage of me and didn't fix the leak.

Although the address for this company is Riviera Beach, FL, they cover a much greater territory with an 800 business telephone number. We secured this company through Lowe's and we were very thankful for the referral. We needed some plumbing completed for the installation of a water softener. Jerry contacted us immediately and scheduled an appointment for an estimate. We agreed upon a price after Jerry explained what he would have to do for the installation. Jerry arrived on time, was very professional and courteous. Jerry explained how the product worked and encouraged us to call any time with any questions or concerns. It is very hard to find reliable and good professionals. So, when we do find someone who has provided this level of service, we like to pass on the information.

This is a follow-up review. I was at first very disappointed with North County Plumbing however the owner, Anthony called me & promised a resolution to the problem. He sent his very best person to my house, his name is Dean, who assess the situation and determined that parts needed to be ordered. Fast forward to next week and Dean arrives with the new parts. He installs them into the toilet & the toilet is fixed. I would like to give a special shout-out to Dean for being smart & really knowing the plumbing business.
