There should be a 6/5 option for going above and beyond! I have been dealing with a bathtub that would not drain no matter what I tried (plunger, 2 foot long hair snare, etc.). I called Paul on Monday, knowing that I literally have 10 people coming to visit over the weekend and was panicking about my puddle. I couldn't be home from work to meet them there/let them in. Before lunchtime, Paul had sent Danny to my workplace to pick up my house key, and an hour later, I got a text from Danny showing me what all he pulled out from the depths (nasty!) and saying it was good to go, and he left my key in the safe spot I requested on his way out. I can't believe how quick, efficient, and trustworthy they are. They are the kind of people you can trust to be in your home without supervision, and that means so much given that I work during normal contractor's ""business hours"". Paul and Danny are so great, and I will use them again when/if the need arises!

I had just moved into my new residence, the 1st or 2nd evening when i became aware that water was pouring out of the corner of the house. North County Plumbing returned my call within 20 minutes, sent a repairman out in less than 2 hours, and fixed the problem without gouging me on price. I'll do business with them any time and highly recommend them.
I've had other companies not only milk a job, but have to be instructed on how to do it right. I'm a single woman - go figure.

Paul was very prompt and professional. He was one of the few plumbers that picked up his phone after 5 pm on a Friday afternoon. I was having sprinkler issues with a couple geysers spouting in the front yard and the main sprinkler control leaking significantly. He was kind and friendly. I felt instantly that I could trust him. He stuck it out until the problem was resolved as matters did get complicated. I would highly recommend Paul to anyone in need of plumbing work.

Called on Sunday to schedule repair for a ruptured main. Appointment was for 8.30-9.00 on Monday. On Monday, waited till 9, no show. Called Paul. He said he did not have a appointment for me. Explained that I had called on Sunday. Paul said that the information was not passed on to him but that he would send someone out in a few minutes. 2 hours and 2 phone call later he says stop calling him he's doing his best.

Lousy way to run a business. Wasted a morning.

Do not even bother calling them. Call in the morning before 8 in the morning, someone could be out between 1 and 2 pm. Well called at 4:30 and the gentleman forgot to send someone. Asked for my number, but, I know it shows up on his phone. Called him back at 5: 40. Told him to forget it. He hangs up on
Me. Called him back, he answers and does not give me the chance to explain why I am upset. "" I am not supposed to interrupt him as he is talking"" and again hangs up as I was going to say to him..... A call would have been nice that someone could not be there when I said. Hope his dispatcher gets better really soon. This guy can not handle running his own business.

I called other plumbers and no one would return my call or answer. I called N. County plumbing and they answered right away. This company was great from the start. They were able to fix my repair that day. They showed on time and gave me an estimate and said that they would be able to repair the bathroom floor and install a new toilet. Josh and Steve were professional. They were able to reinforce my bathroom floor, put down a new sub floor and install a new toilet. They stayed till the job was done. Before the left, they cleaned up all the old parts and made sure that I was happy with the job they completed. I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you guys again for the great service.

Thank You Paul for coming to my rescue, Immediately!!! My shower water wouldn't shut off and I didn't know what to do. I called Paul at North County Plumbing Drain Cleaning and in less than 2 hours and (after 5 pm) my shower and water were back in service. Thank You Brandon for coming right away and doing a Excellent Superb job!!! When you need help right away, these guys are the ones to call. I'm a very satisfied customer!!

Today I called North County Plumbing Drain Cleaning to fix my kitchen sink that wasn't draining.
The company sent the nicest young man, Josh who went right to work. After surmising the problem he brought in the necessary tools and appliances and within 40 minutes I had a perfectly running sink. Thank you for service appreciated, done professionally. Give Josh a raise, great guy
