I was referred to this company by a close friend. He felt they were honest and helpful
He was right. All three techs that came to my home were awesome guys. I feel they were honest and their pricing is comparable to others. Quality good and helpfulness is better than most which I appreciated the most actually. Keep up the good work and hopefully. I had a mainline clean out and have a toilet flange replaced. That's life and repairs are necessary. Trusting their assessments and quotes.

I have not used this plumbing service, but the blonde Karen who lives here (don't know her name but she's a stereotypical Karen) is a bitch and she pissed me off. Only a Karen would complain about the fact that her dogs were barking at my dog when I walked past the house. This review is my way of getting back at these snobbish, stuck up people who think they are entitled to use the park that is for Country Oaks residents and their guests only and take their goats there, but harass people from Country Oaks who walk on the road past their house because they are part of the Golden Meadow Acres Association. How incredibly hypocritical! Please do not give them business, listen to the other reviewers who said that they are sloppy and unprofessional because I'm sure they're right. The reviewer who said the owner is not a good person is definitely right. If enough people stop using them, hopefully they go bankrupt and have to move away. I know I am not the only one in this neighborhood who has had a problem with these people.

We had a hot water leak in our slab. I called to get a quote on a Friday and the owner, Paul, came out and gave us a quote for a complete repipe as requested. I signed the bid on Monday and he and his crew were there Tuesday. We also got a tankless water heater which Paul installed that Tuesday so no more leak in the slab. The crew was there Tues-Wed and it was then finished by one employee on a third day. The entire crew was amazing and all very polite. Most of the contact was with Paul, Dre, Chris and David...I apologize I don't recall all the names. They arrived when they said, put in a full day and cleaned up each day they left and were very respectful of our personal belongings.

Highly recommend this company to anyone who needs plumbing service. We have used them a lot in the past and have never been disappointed. Just recently we had a shower valve unit go bad and the service man worked on this and put in the time to make the shower better than new. When our boiler went out North County plumbing made it work again. Cant say enough good things about this company, Paul and the people who work there.

Needed someone to come out for an emergency and they sent Lance Watkins and he was amazing. He worked so hard to find and fix the problem for us. I also have an autistic son who wouldn't leave him alone and he was so patient. Thank You North County Plumbing

These guys were good. Our hot water heater failed overnight and I called them in the AM. They had a replacement in stock and they sent it right out. They arrived within about 15 minutes. The guys who came were competent and although the job was a bit of a struggle because it was a 50 gal unit they didn't seem to have any trouble with the job. I do a lot of my own plumbing so I am very picky and they did a very clean installation, no muss no fuss.

It was a big relief to have hot water after just a short wait, so I would definitely use these guys again!

This is our 3rd experience with North country plumbing but the first time having the owner, Paul, come out. Our first two experiences were great, the employees were professional and helpful. This experience was a whole different story. We had our plumbing back up into the shower around 8pm the night before. My husband called them the following morning to have them come out and snake the main line (that has always been the issue in the past due to oak tree roots or just a general clogging issue). After about 30 minutes of snaking the line in our backyard clean out Paul said he needed to snake the clean out line in front Of our house because he wasn't able to pull anything out (they didn't pull anything out in the past either and we had always been told by the technicians that it probably just cleared through and our plumbing always worked fine after). Anyway long story short Paul snakes the line in the front and doesn't get any either so he starts saying he wants to open the man hole and street and take a look at it (are you serious?!) at this point I contacted my husband, who was at work, to have a chat with Paul because no on had ever done this before and I was starting to get concerned. After speaking to Paul and learning we would be footing the bill for him opening up the man hole and that the city may or may not reimburse us for him doing that, my husband told Paul that we would just like him to snake the lines and be finished because that has always worked in the past. Paul suddenly became very rude and started telling my husband that he had no idea what he was doing and that our plumbing will just get messed up again and that my husband is controlling and he had never had to deal with someone like him before! Paul then started raising his voice at me and while I'm as outside with my 1&4 year old children and telling me to just write him a Check so he can leave already. I asked him how much and he yelled at me ""I DONT KNOW! $450 since it's a Saturday and I've been doing all this work!"" I actually started to cry and called my husband who then had a friend call Paul to get the price for a main line snake and Paul told him it would $295. So my husband then called Paul and told him we would pay him the $295 since that's the price they quoted and he threatened to sue us! We didn't say we wouldn't pay him! We just wanted to pay what was fair for the work he had done. He was so unprofessional and rude. I am still absolutely shocked at his behavior. He refused to come in and check to see if the clog was even clear and then continued to try insulting my husband. I paid him $300 and asked him to leave. I will never ever hire this company again.
