Water Heater busted! Mike came out quick and gave us a professional and friendly service. Really cared about the work he was doing and getting the job done right! Super knowledgeable. Pricing was perfect ! Will continue to use North County Plumbing and Mike for all other needs and serving !

We had a leak in a pipe in our crawlspace. NCP made an appointment the same day, and Mike arrived right on time. He went under the house and made the fix. I tend to be a worrier, and he went under and double-checked the repair to confirm it was holding steady. He also checked our overall pressure and helped me look around to see if there were any other potential trouble spots.
Mike was a pro, and I'm very happy with the service. Nice job, NCP! I'll definitely call again if I have a problem.

Having a leak is no fun and was a very stressful experience. However, when we called North County Plumbing, David was nothing but quiet the character. With a smile, good customer service and charasmatic, he made my experience less stressful. He expalined in detail what he would be doing and was always with a smile to make the process easy. He was quick to do the job while explaining to us what he did. David is the go to person when you have a leak and need someone to bring a smile to you and let you know all will be ok. Thank you David!

A pipe in the garage sprung a leak. i saw that my neighbor had a NCP truck outside their home. i flagged down the plumber, Mike. it was after dark but he quickly came to my house to see what he could do. He turned the water off. He determined it was the pressure regulator. He made arrangements to come back first thing in the morning with the parts necessary for the repair. He was courtious, on time and thorough. i highly recommend NCP and Mike for a job done right and for their professional demenor!

I am moving to a home in Oceanside. The water valve to the washing machine broke, so I had to turn the water off and look for a plumber ASAP because painters were there and needed water. In addition there was an exterior hose bib that was messed up. The woman answering the phone at North County Plumbing was very pleasant and told me she could have someone come out between 10 and 12 noon. I had called a little after 9:00 so I was thrilled. Arnie and Mike came out on time, realized the job was going to be a bit more difficult than expected as both the valves and the bib were soldered (?). They quickly went and got what they needed and went to work. It was substantially more expensive than I had anticipated. So the price was a shocker--don't take that wrong, they told me before they did the work. They did have to use blow torches. But the work seemed to be done well. And Mike was a sweetie. He did his best to make it as painless as possible and to try to bring some humor to the situation, for which I was grateful. And he pointed out a coupon I could use. So, for service a 5 star, for price a 3 star, I averaged it to a 4 star.

First off I was worried about contacting a plumber on Sunday. I woke to my kitchen flooded with water after looking at the damage I didn't think it was something I could do. So I called NCP, the response was quick and fast. Dave called me back and he showed up within rapid time. He explained to my wife and I the situation that was causing the leak. He took the time to repair, replace and install new hardware. Dave was awesome, professional, and patient. Great customer service I will most definitely recommend him and NCP to my family and friends.

Do not question my diligence, the only thing in question at this point is your integrity. Since you are in fact questioning my diligence I decided to make yet another call to Home Advisor only this time I spoke with customer solutions, which I advise you to do as well and this time get your story straight. They informed me of your call with them and said you told Randal you tried calling me 2 times for the appt but were unable to contact me so you wish for a credit for the lead. Funny though, how could you have possibly tried to call me twice if you told me you had no record of me and none of my info OR my phone number? Furthermore, Home Advisor verified that the only company to show up in their system on that Friday was in fact NCP, so there was a ZERO possibility of them putting me in contact with any other company but in fact, NCP. They also further verified that my information was in fact sent to you and it was ""ACCEPTED."" When they submit a customers info to you it shows on their end as ""Pending"" ""Accepted"" or ""Rejected""
I am going to stand by my review because I believe it is a fair one. The false story you gave to Home advisor further assures me that this review is earned and people should know what type of problems they could face should they use your company.

I had to have the toilet in my office building repaired. I called and Arnie and Mike were at my building within 15 minutes. They had to order a whole new tank, but told me they would be there between 8 and 10 the next day. They were there at 8:30 and it was finished by 10. Arnie and Mike were courteous, helpful, and respectful.

In an attempt to fix a leaky water hose bib, my husband and I ended up twisting the pipe leading from the wall. We called North County Plumbing and Ronnie came out to fix it. He explained that we could not have removed the bib ourselves, because it was soldered onto the pipe. DUH!
Ronnie was very helpful and explained to me how he was fixing the problem. He did mention he twisted the pipe back to it's original shape and we were lucky it did not create a hole. When I paid him, he was nice enough to give me a credit on the bill and also a $30.00 coupon to give to someone else as a referral.
Two weeks later, I noticed the pipe could not hold the water pressure where it had been twisted and we had a major leak. I called North County Plumbing again and asked for Ronnie to come out. Again, Ronnie was nice enough to explain the procedure step by step, as I watched him the whole time. When I went to pay him and asked if I could use the coupon, he said ""NO CHARGE!"". But, to call him again if we had any other problem. Well, we are keeping our fingers crossed that we don't get another plumbing issue, but if we do...We'll be calling North County Plumbing for sure!

Unfortunately, this company took for ever to fix their mistakes. I hired them to re-route a water line. They did this but they used plastic lines instead of cooper and did not informed me. Hours after they installed it, the water plastic tube separated from an elbow and the whole family room flooded. They took a month to fix their mistake and were not very nice about it. Deanna at NCP was rude, demanding and did not keep me informed. Not a very understanding person even though the damage by NCP was done thru Christmas time. I would not recommend this company.
