Jesse just came over and fixed a leak no one else could find. I am so happy. He is the best. He explained everything to me as the work began. It was a hard job and they did a great job for a good price. There are amazing people in the world and he is one of them. God Bless you Jesse. I will finally sleep have a good nights rest.

My landlady went the cheap route and installed a used water heater, passing it off as new to us. When I heard water running out 1 mos later, I was obviously concerned.

Choosing to seek assistance myself I called North County Plumbing and was immediately calmed by the voice on the other end (who picked up right away - no answering machine!)

The plumber came out right away (no emergency charge). He not only repaired the hot mess that was the installation, but educated us on the real cause of problem with the water heater itself.

Edgar was pleasant, patient and polite - let me not forget CLEAN!

Highly HIGHLY (and confidently) recommend North County Plumbing. They are our go-to plumbers for now on.

We have had North County Plumbing out twice to do some big jobs. One was relocating the water heater and the other was relocating our washing machine. Both times, they were really great. They are reasonably priced, do excellent work and offer you all of your options. We will continue to use them for big and small projects.

The wed site states ""free estimates"" yet when they came out, I was told it was a 69.00 service charge. The ""free estimate"" is only over the phone. The web site doesn't state that!!

Horrible credibilty - quote for $450 on the phone, at the house, changed the quote to $860 - stating a few more appliances. Couldn't get to talk with the manager to find out the difference, and onsite team left in a hurry, stating they had to go to another job.

Edgar came out to help us in and emergency and I couldn't be happier. He was so helpful and explained everything he was doing in the bathroom and how to avoid any future problems. We had a problem with shower in our bathroom and we had guests staying, he was in and out so fast. We live in San Marcos and will never use any one else, but North County Plumbing.

Twice we've used these guys and overall our experience has been very good. Diego came out once his brother, the second time. Very polite, professional, on time, etc. The receptionists are pleasant and do their best to get you the earliest appointment.
My only issue is it cost an arm and leg just to change the water pressure regulator, & impulsively I had them do the work without doing my homework or comparison shopping. Of course I had buyers remorse, (my own fault) but I'm hoping that's the going rate for the parts/labor for that job.

Living in Oceanside has some disadvantages, like finding out a lot of big name plumbers will not go to Oceanside because it's too far and gas is so expensive (cough Bill Howe cough). Weak. So when my water heater went out, there were few north county plumbers that were highly rated by various websites that were available on short notice before a holiday weekend. I found these guys through kudzu.com.

Long story short, since parts for my heater were not available till the following week, I opted to get a new one. Quality workmanship and efficient. But bring deep pockets as they are not the cheapest around. I would use them again and recommend them.

Two days ago, I my bathroom sink greeted me with a light brown water discharge coming from the hot-water side. After doing a bit a research, I traced the possible problem to rust deposits that were caused by terribly corroded parts atop my 15 year A.O. Smith water heater. After calling quite a number of plumbing companies, I gave North County Plumbing a call to check prices, services and timing. Deanna (Pricing and dispatch Representative) answered the phone with the most positive customer service attitude that I had encountered. During this call, I threw at her the many questions I had learned to ask thru internet/google research. Deanna answered each and everyone of my questions demonstrating awesome product knowledge. After assessing my situation and unique needs, she recommended the 40 gallon Bradford and White Model. Having already understood the price point for this model, I was pleasantly surprised when her ""out-the-door"" installation, carry away, clean-up, earth-quake proof -- quote was under the rest of the companies I had called. Having sold me, she then set up an immediate appointment that was consistent with my immediate needs. At precisely the hour she set-up, a technician by the name of Javiar knocked on my door. Javiar immediately established a polished and professional tone. He followed this up with a masterful and attentive installation at the precise price quoted. Absent were any add-ons or sales pitches that I have come familiar with in these types of situations. While installing the water-heater, Javiar was exceptionally interactive....explaining in detail the manner and methods to get the most efficient use from this new water heater. When bleeding the line, he noticed that one of sinks in the bathroom need a small/quick repair....without hesitation or price increase he just simply took care of it with a smile. Two hours later, the mission was complete. The old water heater was hauled away, the area was cleaner than before install began and I was one happy camper with the start to finish manner in which North County Plumbing executed this once in 8-10 year project. As a U.S. Marine with 30 years of military service, I was very impressed with the commitment to excellence everyone in the chain exhibited. I can enthusiastically recommend this company for minor or major repair or replacement projects. Well - Done with 5-Stars!!!!!
