I had a problem with main sewer line draining and needed the job done as soon as possible. Even though Eric had a job before me that took much longer than he expected he came out the same day and fixed my problem, Communication , professionalism , reliabilty, quality of work, all top notch. Other people I called were either not availble till the next week, didn't answer their phone or when they came out their estimate was twice what they had quoted me over the phone.
Eric even made a follow up call the next week to make sure everything was A-OK. I will use him for all my plumbing needs in the future!

Eric came out to give us an estimate. He showed up on time and was very informative. My husband and I felt very comfortable with him and knew he was the guy for our job. The pipe that led to our sump pump pit had collapsed and we needed a new pipe and trough drain put in. Eric's estimate was very reasonable so we went ahead and hired him. Eric and his crew worked diligently and finished the job in a few hours. The concrete work was wonderfully done and we no longer have any issues. THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH!

I purchased a house in Park Ridge last year that I knew flooded during heavy rains. I requested quotes from several companies on a flood control system and Northcoast's, while not the lowest, was very reasonable. What sold me on them was Eric's knowledge of the issue and plan to fix it. He was honest on timeline and ongoing maintenance requirements. I could not be happier with the work and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

I found North Coast Sewer and Drainage on Yelp and decided to call them based on the reviews. Eric and his crew were super helpful and professional. I had a sewer smell problem in my basement that got worse over the years and it came to the point that the whole house was smelly and no one knew how to fix it. Eric came and investigated. First he told me that i would have to replace the entire line all the way to the street and that it would cost me $3,000. He arrived with all his equipment and crew and after looking with the in-pipe camera informed me that the problem is local in my basement and corrected the problem for a much smaller amount replacing all the pipes in the basement. He refused to take payment until I was completely sure that the problem is gone and that there was no more smell coming into the basement. This was a full 10 days after he did the work. We were completely impressed with his professional services, his expertise, and his honesty. I would highly recommend his company for sewer and plumbing work. amazing!

The owner Eric (and team) showed up on time, his estimate was very reasonable, and Eric seems like the real-deal...honest, knowledgeable, and best of all.... he's always smiling because he seems to really dig his job (no pun intended).

Eric and his team busted out our basement landing and installed a drain connection to a pipe that other companies had a hard time finding....Eric found it...8 feet down, right away. His locator equipment and pipe cameras seemed state-of-the-art...he obviously invested in quality equipment. His crew was experienced, and there seemed to be a sense of team-work among them.

His crew put everything back exactly the way it was (ripped out part of a stone patio) - had I not seen them do the work, I may not have known they were at our house.

He put in a way-better drain system than I thought I had paid for.....and two days later it was all tested with a torrential down-pour of water....drain worked perfectly. Eric even called to follow up after the storm....

10 years of construction projects at our house .... we've had our fair share of bad experiences .....hiring Eric was the easiest, best experience.

We can't rave enough about this company. Eric and his crew have saved us time and again - both for inside plumbing problem (when things aren't draining) and for flood control. Wilmette is prone to flooding problems and we have had several attempts to solve them. This is the ONLY company that solved our flooding once and for all. They installed a flood control valve in our basement, and also drainage in the back yard since our back yard would flood. Even in heavy rains, our back yard doesn't flood anymore!

We use them to maintain our main sewer lines, fix our plumbing problems, even had them install a new high efficiency water heater. They are the best of the best.

This review is way over due. We called North Coast Sewer and Drainage back in August after two failed attempts by other plumbing companies to fix a blocked main line. The other two companies were sent by our insurance company, so it took weeks to get them here, they didn't have the proper equipment, and they didn't do the job correctly. We decided we had to get this fixed as quickly as possible. We called North Coast and Eric came out later that afternoon and had it fixed with in a few hours. I wish I had know about North Coast weeks before. This issue had prevented us from moving into our new home for over three weeks and had we called them first we would have saved so much time and money. They had the equipment to fix it that day. Prices are reasonable and again the job was done correctly. Eric was very knowledgeable and made sure we were able to visually see that it was fixed. We will for sure be using them again! Don't waste your time going thru other companies. Pay out of pocket the first time and get the job done correctly by these guys.

Eric and his crew helped us get through a nightmare of a repair after detecting our sewer had been shattered by another company tunneling through our line with their fiber optics!!! Eric was professional and knowledgeable in his interactions with the village and the other company. Our faith in North Coast to complete the job was matched with how well the work was done and his warranty in the repair.
