This is long overdue as we had the work done back in November BUT better late than never for such an amazing company!My husband and I were blown away by the level of service and care that this company put into their work.We have an old 115 yr old home and didn't know whether we had an issue or not as we couldn't quite pinpoint an exact problem.They are super responsive to emails,very clear in their information and actually came in under budget for what we were expecting.
James and Cris went way above and beyond what we expected to get done in one visit and the level of knowledge and experience was quite evident while they were on site.I would most definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable,honest company with staff who care!A true gem and we will definitely use them again as needed.

My tenant's tub was draining slowly and I used an air gun and a plunger to unclog the drain but I created 2 new leaks that came from the bathtub and overflow drains. I contacted North Coast, explained the situation, showed pictures of the leaks and they were able to estimate the costs for repairs. Jesus and Johnny (who were both wearing facemasks due to COVID) arrived early during the four hour window and they both ended up replacing the pipe work. They also rodded out both drains from the bathtub and bathroom sink. Jesus and Johnny were professional and they explained and showed me everything before and after the work that they performed. The cost was within the estimate and the work is under warranty. I'm very satisfied with the job so thanks North Coast!

Communicated exclusively by email to discuss my plumbing problems and schedule the appointment, which I personally preferred. They even requested photos of the faucets and that I double check a couple things to make sure the appointment went as smoothly as possible.

The plumbers showed up 30 minutes early - wow! They were masked and very clean (used towels around their work space, put things back after they moved them). They pointed out the work performed and made a couple welcomed, no-pressure recommendations for future improvements.

The price was right on the mark with the quoted rates.

Overall, I couldn't be happier with North Coast and can't recommend them more highly!

I won't go anywhere else from now on. Perfectly legit, licensed, knowledgeable, honest, professional and worthy of your business. These know the business and they have more skills than your average plumber. Again let these guys be your first and only call. Oh almost forgot to mention that another plumber mentioned these guys to me...told me these guys were fair and did great work! I mean come on...

They came in the middle of the night to help with a backed up patio drain that was flooding water into our family room which was great, they did not fix anything which was not so great. It was the middle of the night and the young man, Dylan, was tired and it had stopped raining so we let him go home and he assured us that someone would come back the next day to further investigate and hopefully fix the problem. No one ever came back. When I called the company to ask for someone to come back and complete the job they said they didn't think they could fix it and if they did come back they would charge me again. I said no thanks.

This review is overdue and probably better that way. We have had a home in Glenview in our family since the 50's. In the 80's it began to flood occasionally and drain pipe and a double pit backyard sump pump system was installed. We maintained this system and it worked well till the floods of 2013 (I think) at which time that system no longer worked. Fast forward 3 flooding events and a backyard like a lake for days after any good rain. I believe in the fall of 2018 we called for an estimate. The offer was 1 gravity drain in the back yard and a rework of the basement sump system. You bet your bottom we asked questions up and down. How was that going to work when 2 pumps in the back and one in the basement couldn't keep up? In the end we believed them and went for it. The system has worked great ever since. Our backyard is dry within hours even after heavy rain. We've been happy and continue to call them for other plumbing needs.

But let's talk about these last few weeks. This constant soaking and heavy rains would have been disastrous in the past. It still wasn't pretty and the system was put to the biggest test. The results. The night we had the heaviest storms overnight is the first time I've ever seen that drain covered in water and the backyard begin to flood. It rained hard for such a long time and wouldn't let up and the water was slowly inching towards the house. Thankfully the really heavy stuff finally let up after an hour and the drain was able to catch up. After 30 minutes of moderate rain the backyard was walkable again and when we got up in the morning it was dry. A few days later it was happening again and we had really no drying out time in between these events. This time the drain kept up, the yard flooded a bit but within 30 minutes of light rain it was all dry again. Sorry this is so verbose, but I dint know how else to say USE THESE GUYS! What they've done for us is beyond anything we ever thought possible and although the work was extensive and expensive it is worth every penny we spent. Thank you!!

Quick and easy. They responded quickly through the Yelp app, the set up an appointment and even arrived early.
They were clean and kind.
They did leave our gate open, and did not announce their arrival and just went straight into our back yard, but the service was provided during COVID, so perhaps they are limiting interaction for everyone's safety. I bit more communication around this would have been helpful for me. But, I would certainly have them back. They did good work and in a timely manner.

Our basement had started to back up with sewage and after calling North Coast, they had someone out in a day. Jesus and Johny were the employees who serviced the issue and were completely professional and courteous while working on the job. They were able to fix the issue in 2 hours and spent to time to explain what the issues were. Really appreciate their work and time and would use them again.
