In 1976, Chris C. relocated from Altadena to Solana Beach and began working for a landscape contractor in La Jolla.
He progressed to foreman while installing irrigation systems for landscape projects.
He completed his AA degree in Landscape Technology at Mira Costa College in 1982.
He became a California Licensed Landscape Contractor in 1983, and has furthered his education as a Certified Backflow Tester in 1987, a Certified Landscape Irrigation Auditor in 1991, a Pesticide Qualified Applicator Certification in 1992, a Certified Cross Connection Control Specialist in 1995, and a Certified Irrigation Contractor in 1996.
He participates in ongoing education to uphold his certifications and stay updated on industry advancements.
