Woman answered my call 3 weeks ago stating she would ask if he would take my job (fix leaky drain in bathtub). Never a return call back!
Would not recommend! Seems to be lack of interest to even return a call let alone repair my problem! Called Wimmer who I highly recommend! Came in a week, he is very busy but found the time to return call and do the job! Now that is a plumber I would recommend! Forget the nasty attitude of the Norris's

Had a small kitchen leak. Was told by lady on phone that none of the guys would want to mess with something that small.

Wow. Called for small kitchen household plumbing repair. Woman said ""Oh, I don't think any of our guys would want to do that."" So unless you have a big expensive job, don't bother calling these arrogant Big Shots.

Won't service what they sell -- had them install a heat pump & ac unit at cost of $28,000. Wiring was incorrect, and unit did not work on heat mode. Called for 5 months to get them to come and service the unit. Finally called in the service manager of the manufacturer. Norris showed up the night before (after 5 months) and fixed the problem. Outdoor heat pump then failed after 2 years of use. Again, called and they won't come to fix it. Finally called in another local HVAC firm who promptly fixed it at a cost of $1000. Advice is to avoid Norris.
