Matt from Norris Plumbing and Heating came to our house in August to inspect our furnace. We thought getting this done early, before it got cold, would be smart. He told us we needed to replace our furnace and said he would do it,

Then he completely ghosted us. For over 2 months I tried getting ahold of him. Nothing. Finally, we did and he said ""im too busy now."" And he hung up on us.

Matt is the most unprofessional and rude person I've ever worked with. We have a baby and are now in a desperate situation because of his awful way of doing business.

So yourself a favor and work with something who is reliable.

Norris Plumbing & Heating did an exemplary job for us this morning. My call was promptly returned by Matt letting me know he could be on site just after 8am. Matt arrived on time and was well equipped to address the issue with the heating system. He completed the repair within an hour and was very fair with his pricing. I would highly recommend him.

Tim and Matt are very professional and they respond quickly when you have a plumbing issue or emergency. They have been in the business for a long time and know their stuff.

Feb. 12, 2019 I called about a blockage in a drain pipe. I was told someone would call shortly. Twenty minutes later I called again and was told they would send another message to their tech. Another twenty minutes, no call, I called again. I asked if I should get another plumber. I was told no they would send another note to the tech and I would get a call.
Yes I got a call and was told by the tech they don't clear drains I should call Roto Rooter. An hour has gone by and now it is after hours so I was charged extra for the late call.
Why wasn't I just told on the first call they don't clear drains.
