Norris is honest. Prompt. Never overcharges. Polite and professional. And on top of all that, he does excellent, solid, to-code work. It's so hard to find someone trustworthy and skilled, but Norris Neale is exactly that. And whether you're his first client of the day or the last, he always arrives well-groomed (clean!) and with a smile on his face! He's changed out a water heater for me (and mine was mounted way high up off the ground), repiped my water line (because I was getting rusty water, and he had to tunnel/dig underneath my concrete patio through many feet of rock-hard dirt to do it), and changed out a sink and faucet assembly in my kitchen. Nothing has ever given me any problems since then. I highly recommend Norris for your plumbing needs! He is awesome!

Called Norris Neale Plumbing on the recommendation of a neighbor. We had a clogged kitchen drain. Norris was able to come the next day which was awesome! He also came earlier in the am which worked even better for me so I could still make it into work!

Norris was extremely polite and pleasant. He snaked our drain about 50ft to remove all the grease build-up and charged a very reasonable price.

I used Norris Neale Plumbing and thought he was great! Recommended him to friends and family. Now I needed him again - called him and he said he'd call me back the next week. Waited 3 weeks, called him again, never heard from him. Texted him - nothing. Guess I'm done... and he must have enough customers and doesn't need any more. Didn't just lose my business, lost everyone I recommended him too.

Kitchen sink was backed up and I needed help. I searched yelp for the nearest plumber and Norris was on the list. With only two reviews I was hesitant, but I went for it. After making the phone call, Norris showed up in less than an hour, prior to attending a bigger job. He gave me a basic estimate over the phone which was extremely reasonable.

Once he arrived he wasted no time getting to work and impressed me with his professional, positive attitude. He spent nearly an hour snaking the pipe and unclogged it! Believe me when I say he's honest; he even stuck with his original estimate, even though the job was a lot harder than he initially thought.

He also gave very helpful advise, clearly explained everything, and was incredibly clean and thorough. He really knew his stuff and it definitely shows that he's been in the business for a long time. Highly recommended!!
