I hired Norris three times to handle plumbing repairs at my home. Each time I asked him how much I owed him. I always added 25% more to his bill, because I thought the jobs warranted the higher fee. The last three times I have called Norris, he ignored my calls and never called me back. I was the only customer he had that was over paying him and he has ignored my last three calls. Find yourself another plumber, there is something very wrong with this guy.

It's so hard to find someone trustworthy and skilled, but Norris Neale is exactly that. And whether you're his first client of the day or the last, he always arrives well-groomed (clean!) and with a smile on his face! He's changed out a water heater for me (and mine was mounted way high up off the ground), repiped my water line (because I was getting rusty water, and he had to tunnel/dig underneath my concrete patio through many feet of rock-hard dirt to do it), and changed out a sink and faucet assembly in my kitchen. Nothing has ever given me any problems since then. I highly recommend Norris for your plumbing needs! He is awesome!

Called Norris Neale Plumbing on the recommendation of a neighbor. We had a clogged kitchen drain. Norris was able to come the next day which was awesome! He also came earlier in the am which worked even better for me so I could still make it into work!

Norris was extremely polite and pleasant. He snaked our drain about 50ft to remove all the grease build-up and charged a very reasonable price.
