I noticed signs of water leaking at a fitting from my water heater. I called Norm's plumbing and was quickly helped and they came out and fixed my issue. I was very pleased with the work! I have had them replace my hot water heaters and they have been incredible. Thank you!

I have known the owners of Norms Plumbing for 20+ years and have used them multiple times. They are always fast and reliable and I know that I can trust them. I would not go anywhere else or use any other plumbers for any of my plumbing projects.

I was out of town when my dad called and said our water heater was leaking. You can imagine my anxiety - but also realizing that it was time to install a new water heater. My first quote was almost 3k - and after calling around, Norm's was the least expensive & charged less than half of what I got for quotes. They were pretty prompt abt returning my calls and were able to get out to my house pretty quickly - considering we played phn tag for a bit and even sent me a bid right away - which I appreciated. They were the best priced company out there for the same brand and warranty other places offered - and I am thankful that they were able to come out and get the work done. Definitely go here for your plumbing needs

Showed up over an hour late with no call and no answer the two times I called. Didn't even apologize for their tardiness and blamed the weather. (It was a little snowy, but this is Utah.) Didn't have the part they needed for the very simple repair and had to leave to get one. NOT IMPRESSED. Don't bother using them!

Terrible service, left a mess and leaky pipe. Never again. I had to call another plumber to fix everything I paid them to do. As another reviewer indicated they did not run pipes through joists.

Still fixing their work, I'm not sure who did the work that the other reviewers seem to like. Along with the many other things they screwed up they roughed in a shower valve too far out of the wall, now the handle sticks out too far. Daisy maids would have done better. They are not craftsmen, and did not seem to know what they were doing. I had to correct their work, and teach them IRC 2015 code. I would not recommend using them. What a nightmare. If you need someone who will do a terrible job and overcharge you for a very poor job then they are your people. I still have a lot of plumbing work to do myself after they left. What an absolute nightmare. They made mistakes then tried to charge me to fix them.
We had pipes sticking out of the wall and ceilings that we can't sheetrock over, they installed the wrong drains for our showers after we told them what we needed, they left a drain loose so we had urine flow across our floor, the laundry valve box was sticking too far out of the wall, and many more problems.

We had Norm's plumbing our new construction house. They had to send some guys back to the house when the water was turned on because we had 3 leaks in our pipes. When the workers arrived they broke our garage door. My husband and I arrived a bit later and when we asked about the door the guys said it looked like someone tried to break in to our house. A few hours later they came clean and admitted that they broke the door.

In a separate instance, there was a misunderstanding on some work done at our home we were selling and Norm's hadn't received payment. The owner of the company called my business and openly discussed my personal financial information with my employee. When I called to ask why they would do that, they simultaneously admitted the conversation and denied it. We conversed in circles for a while until I ended up firing them from my new construction home. They never took responsibility for anything.

There are plenty of plumbers out there worth your time and money. I wouldn't place Norm's Plumbing in that category.

We've used Norms Plumbing for small and larger projects. I like that they are local and have been around for years. They always do a great job for us.

Horrible workmanship backed by worse customer service. We brought in Norm's to fix our heating system. We paid thousands and still did not have a working system. Everytime we brought them back to fix it properly they billed us. We paid the first time because it was questionable that it was their fault. Brought them back yet again, they billed us again. When we questioned the bill we were threatened with legal action.

Avoid, avoid, avoid!!!!
