Norm should be zero stars. He took our money, did a bit of work and never returned. He is responsible for our addition not being completed. Now I will have to find another plumber, make a complaint to the licensing board and Sue Norm. What an awful excuse for a human being.

I had Norm's over to the house a few weeks ago. I had tried to snake my pipe, but had no luck with whatever was clogging my basement drain. I was worried I would have a killer bill and major work needed, but the young man was reassuring and had the drain cleared in an hour. The price tag was incredibly reasonable, and I'm glad I have a trustworthy plumber to call next time.

I have a completely finished high end ""lower level"" and one of the overhead plumbing lines was starting to drip. If the connection came loose it could have been disastrous. I was referred to Norm's Plumbing by a good friend and we were not disappointed. They were slammed with work but Ted squeezed me in and had it done in under an hour. Very professional, left everything clean, and the work looks perfect. Price was reasonable. I highly recommend.

I have called quite a few plumbers in my lifetime and they all seem to be thieves who lie and overcharge you. Not Norm's. Quality people, quality work, and a decent price. I highly recommend them and will call them for all my future plumbing needs. Thank you for being good and honest people!
