I heard this advertisement on 720 for this outfit and they made it sound like they knew this outfit and they were very very good and reliable and they come at any time that hasn't been my experience. I called them to get a price or just hire them to make the showerhead eject more water faster, even if it entailed putting in a separate pump or something, a gentleman named John came out to the house very timely and told me he would get back to me about getting a different showerhead and he never did. I called him a week later to say I would put in the pump and I have some other plumbing jobs around the house to change the filters on our osmosis for pure drinking water and to please give me a call back and let me know when you could set this up, he never called back so I called again a week later with the same thing he never called back so as far as their work, I can't speak to it because they've never done anything but as far as reliability, they get a zero giving them a one star only because I can't give zero stars

I called them to rod my clogged sewer they wanted to charge me $1000 dollars and they refused to guarantee that the sewer would be cleared out and I had to pay even if they can't open it, I told them to get out and I will get someone else, what a clip joint

Toilet flooded. They sent a plumber out and he charged me $600 and the toilet was doing the same thing a week later. Do not book with this company. Scamming people out they money.

I was having bad sewage flooding in my home and Joe told me my cleanup drain was okay and insisted on cleaning smaller drains. Weeks later it rained and i had more flooding. I called two other companies that gave me estimates to clean the clean out that obviously Joe did not want to do but instead ran off with my money.

Do not book with this company ! They are unprofessional and claim to do a job correctly just to run off with your money. They came out to clean three drains and when it rained i was having the same problem from when it rained. I contacted them multiple times and they wouldn't return my calls!

Most quotes were $500-800.

Norman Mechanical quote was nearly $3,000!!!

When I asked estimation manager (Jason O.) for details on why they were so much higher than other plumbers (unsurprisingly) Jason stopped responding.

You might think the quote was high because they were really busy, but the plumber that came on-site to see the job (not Jason) said he could complete the job any day this week.

Looks like others have had similar experiences.

I would not recommend them due to excessively high costs.

I needed a plumber and contacted ""Plumbers 911"". I was referred to this company (Norman Mechanical) and made an appointment for a plumber to look at some plumbing issues including incorrect installations by former owners of my home. This was several weeks ago and I can see the plumber did a good job. The plumber also explained where my water shutoffs were and how the piping worked. I thought the bill was fair for the several repairs that he did, and will contact them again if I ever have to replace piping or have plumbing emergency.

Really crappy drivers. Just had one of their trucks cut me off then speed up and cut off the driver in front of me. Really deserves a ticket for reckless driving.

We just moved to the area and the House we bought has a hot water tank that needs to be drained occasionally and have the anode rod replaced. We noticed the sulfer (rotten egg) smell within the first 2 days of move in so I immediately called Norman Mechanical because the previous owner used them and gave us their info. I tried calling the office on 2/13/21. No answer and mailbox was full. So I called the emergency line. The field tech answered and was very nice. He said he would order parts and call me when they come in. He then texted me his biz card and I sent him a photo of the tank. Since I've never dealt with this issue , I didn't know how long it takes parts to come in. After 3 days, I just shot a quick text to him asking how long until parts came in. No answer. Yesterday, 2/23/21, I still hadn't heard from anyone. So I called the main office again. No answer, voicemail full. So I called the emergency line (his cell phone) and he didn't answer. I left a voicemail wondering about parts and service because we have our first guests coming to stay with us this weekend. I still have not heard anything back. I have since called another plumber who is coming out tomorrow to fix the issue.
I tried being patient. But the lack of communication and customer service sent me elsewhere.

Norman Mechnical was recommended by a friend. I called and spoke with a manager who explained the process for me and since i was on a strict budget, he noted that my plumbing issue should be resolved within an hour since they bill on an hourly rate. And fair enough, that's what happened, Plumber was out within 15 mins. However, when my bill came, I was charged more than i was expecting. I was charged for truck time and rod. My bill was definitely higher. The plumber and the manager did not explain that in addition to the hourly rate, there were additional fees. I was so upset because there was another company that i would gone with. ANd when i signed at receipt with the plumber, these additional fees were not reflected on it. Fraudster!!
