I had been needing a new HVAC unit for quite a while and had been putting it off for a year or two. (I have two units, one that heats and cools the upstairs and another downstairs). I finally saved up some money and was able to call and get an estimate. They sent out a rep to take a look same day. Norman Air provided multiple options at a much cheaper rate than the quotes I received from other service providers and they even gave me a better warranty. They assured me payment plans were also available. The next business day, Edwin and Jackson came out and they did a fantastic job. They were polite and courteous, were respectful of not tracking in mud or leaves in the house and even some of my patio furniture and flower pots had to be moved outside and were moved back in the same exact spots before they left. I had a great experience with them and will recommend Norman Air to all my neighbors and friends.

Had a visit today by Hayden and it turns out my problem is with plumbing. He quickly made a few calls and got me scheduled for a service call on Saturday with their plumbers. Hayden thoroughly looked everything over with my HVAC though and answered all my questions while he was here. Though I have another problem to contend with, I agree with his diagnosis and respect the fact that he made sure I had a plan for resolution before he left. I wish other companies would take note. will only be charged for one service call as well. Thank you Norman Air and Hayden.

my experience is totally the opposite of don j. i am not calling the man a liar - he may be an employee. i spent ten thousand dollars - 50 days ago - and my house will not get below 79 degrees. i have a large tree above my roof which - even without any a/c - is at most 90 degrees,

i am suddenly - very convinced - that somehow norman air screwed me. maybe sold me a used unit - maybe a faulty unit (amana)

after almost 10 thousand dollars - my house doesnt get below 78 dress unless i just flat out open my windows up - which is exactly what im doing.

im sorry - i dont like to talk poorly about people/companies.

I said earlier I'd give 0 stars if I could. I'd give even less after being called a liar by the business owner. Please see the added pictures of the giant hole in my yard, the tree it is going to kill in a historic neighborhood, and the Norman Heat and Air sign proudly claiming their work.

Edit: As the legal tenant, the one who has been without water, and the one who has witnessed the work done to my house, I believe I have plenty of standing to complain about the service provided.

After being disappointed with several competitors, I contacted Norman Air for routine AC service. I was very pleased with their responsiveness. The receptionist asked all the right questions and once she confirmed it was not an emergency she got me scheduled.
Today Jose came to so our spring service. (They had already texted me a message with his picture so I'd know who to expect. NICE safety feature.) For starters he was on time. He was in uniform which I consider a plus. H3e services the condenser and the blower and then came in and changes the filters. I'm a senior citizen so I appreciate not having to get up on a ladder.

I'm thoroughly impressed with Jose and Norman Air.

Had an issue with AC.. Called other companies and they were not available to come out for a couple of days. Norman Air came out the next day. Pretty thorough in write up and review of my system. Said it was a $99 service call to come out. Technician said I needed two run capacitors for the unit. Cost was $585 to replace the capacitors. Got it all done in about an hour. Unfortunately no military discount. Overall happy that my system is back on line.

If you are a property manager and have tenants DO NOT use this company for any reason. Management has no sympathy or empathy for customers. The tech that came to my house left without saying anything. They blamed my landlord for not answering the phone and said that they couldn't get back out for two days. I've been without water for 7 days already. Mr. Brian P business owner I would like to know how you continue to get bad reviews and still have a business? Take some advice. Get your management empathy training because Brandi has none and she's a pathetic excuse for a manger!

Fantastic service! My air conditioning died a few weeks ago and I called Norman Heating & Air Conditioning. They responded promptly and fixed it quickly. I found the price was quite reasonable. Randall (technician) did an excellent job of searching for the problem, explaining everything while he worked and what needed to be done. He was a polite, clean gentleman with impeccable manners.
I appreciated that he spoke to me as an equal and not condescendingly, like when I take my car to the mechanics. Lol. I highly recommend them to everyone!

OVERPRICED - NO RESPONSIVE - UNEXPERIENCED STAFF

Quoted me on 6/15/21 for 4,600 to replace over 35ft of piping saying it was a one day job. First day out on 6/21/21 they unloading the truck and left because it started raining. They did not inform me so I called about 6 hours later and was told they will be back in 2 days. On 6/23/21 they unloaded the backhoe and hit the side of my house and a power line stopping work for the day. Unable to use water I was placed in a hotel. Once back out to my house another power line was hit along with a gas line. The gas line upset me because I ran out to ask happened and he said he did not know. Ten mins later I see firefighters in my backyard; I had to find out from the firefighters what happened. I had to ask for hotel extensions every 2 days checking out and back in the hotel repeatedly. The job did not get completed until 7/10/2021 making me cancel my 7/6 birthday gathering. It got to a point where I felt as if I was bothering the plumbers to complete the job.

After it was all said and done the direction of the pipe and length of pipe quoted for was completely off. The only had to replace 12ft of pipe. I was told by the manager that the quote given was for 50ft and I still have to pay that price even thought 12ft was replaced. My backyard is muddy uneven mess and you can tell from the pictures this just job was rushed.

As a veteran and former customer I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLUMBING COMPANY
