I can't imagine using another plumber. As an engineer and do it yourselfer, I know what I'm doing even if I hire out the work. Norfleet came out quickly, knew exactly what I needed, and even pointed out a few things I didn't know. Quality of the work was outstanding. Price was more reasonable than a couple others that bid on the work. Gamble on some other contractors if you want, but go to Norfleet first and save yourself some time.

Very impressed with Norfleet. Water heater bursted Norfleet was out the next day. Complete installation of a new heater leaving the workplace as clean and orderly was when he came was done in two hours. This guy knows what he's doing!!!

Nick came out to fix my hot water heater during our colder spell this month. It wasn't an easy job because of some mold issues and the plumbing not being up to code. Within minutes of being here he had assessed the problem. He explained everything really well. I was so impressed with even all of the issues that went into the repair that were out of his control, we had hot water back in less than 24 hrs. The install itself was incredibly quick and Nick is very fair, knowledgeable, efficient plumber.

Had put out a request for some bids on some plumbing issues in our home. Norfleet was very responsive and provided information that demonstrated their willingness to go that extra yard.

One thing we really appreciated about Norfleet was the ""fix only what needs to be fixed"" and not drum up more business for their company.

Well after my water heater went out and my home warranty people not knowing they are doing and denied my claim for replacement, I made an appt with Norfleet to replace it. I have used there services before and I knew that I would receive great service. As usual, they arrived on time and we talked for a few moments before he started the job. It was quick and he explained what he will be doing and how to operate the new water heater. Can't stop raving about finding a great company with great customer service. I will continue to keep their number into my contacts for future use.
