I used Yelp to find a quote after water buildup in my kitchen sink (the disposal burned out). The quickest and best response was from NorFleet Family Plumbing. It has been a few days and I think its safe to say that they did a Fantastic job. The price quote was great, garbage disposal replacement was the best idea and it was quickly installed by Nick. He was patient with my questions and even offered to look at any other plumbing problems we might be having (luckily none). But i know next time anyone mentions needing a plumber, I will recommend Norfleet!

We had a 40 gallon water heater go out. Nick came out the next day and we wanted a 50 gallon hot water heater. Nick installed the 50 gallon water heater the next day, which included all new flex pipes, and a new shut off valve to hot water heater as old one was leaking when shut off. These guys also piped new copper pipes to outside from water heater to code. All of the workmanship was top notch. As all the plumbing had to be heated close to the wall, to connect the copper flex tubes, and the valve, not even a tiny bit of my wall showed any burn marks or anything. These guys are honest, do top notch servicing. I saved a huge chunk of money from not letting the other plumbing company's come out and do a crappy job. Everything they did was top notch. We also had them come to repair our kitchen sink plumbing where there was a leak in the wall. I would call nobody else period. Thank you so much for your honesty, integrity, and your knowledge to do the job right.

We woke this morning to a terrible discovery. Our water heater had been leaking in the garage. Although we caught the leak early water had penetrated the wall into our closet and bathroom. Did a fast search on the internet for highy rated plumbers and noticed Norfleet Famly Plumbers had received 5 stars from all their customers. Decided to give them a try - I like giving business to small companies, I was lucky that they had a cancellation today so I made the appointment. Nick showed up on time and was very friendly. About 90 minutes later he had installed the new water heater and the price was exactly the same as the quote they gave me on the phone. If I ever need a good plumber I will be calling Nick.

I highly recommend Norfleet. I was told my toilet needed to be replaced but Nick came out and saw that it just needed repair work. Good as new and saved me money. Very reasonable with their prices and they were able to schedule my work within 24 hours of calling them. They will be my go-to plumbing company for any future work.

Great service! I had a leak coming from underground just off the water main. Other plumbers wanted to charge two to three times more than Nick and dig up more of my yard than he had to. He showed up for both the estimate and to do the work on time. He was always friendly and professional. His professionalism was above and beyond what I got from others that I tried to get a quote from. A pleasure to work with, he even knocked the price down from the quote so that I could get some of the pavers that were dug up redone. The work is even warrantied! Love that he is family owned and operated too.

I know this review will be soon hidden by YELP because they always do that...I'm a 1st time customer to Norfleet, found them on YELP today in my hot water (or lack thereof) emergency. Nick arrived in 1 hour and fixed my thermostats in the hot water heater, he didn't try to upsell me things I didn't need today but made me aware of things that could go wrong down the road...FAST friendly service and he had the parts on his truck that were needed. I'm impressed and I felt like he was an old friend and easy to talk to :-) I'm completely satisfied. My experience has been 100% Positive from the initial call to the final goodbye....but this won't be my final goodbye as I'm keeping his business card in my safe place and from now on I will only call Nick for my plumbing needs.

My hot water heater went on the fritz last night. Called my fav home inspector and he gave me Norfleet Family Plumbing number. Called Norfleet at 10am. By 2:30pm that same day I had a new hot water heater. Not only did they provide ""same day service"" they did it all without charging extra and at a competitive price. These folks were no nonsense and about as professional as you could ever ask for. They took time to explain the install and the reason my unit went bad. They installed a RUDD Unit in about a hour. I'm a Real Estate Broker by trade. My old plumber has been hard to get a hold of and is always ""too busy"" to get to my job(s) in a timely fashion (imperative in my line of work). I now have a new Plumber, not only for me, but to refer to my clients as well. Thanks Norfleet!! You guys ROCK!! I highly recommend Norfleet Family Plumbing. Highly.

The hot water at my house would run out and go cold in about 3 minutes, which definitely made showers go faster, however cold showers in February are not high on my to do list.

Alas I reach out to a few plumbers to diagnose what I'm assuming is a faulty water heater. 1st plumber comes out, looks at it real quick, tells me the quick fix and is on his way. Nick from Norfleet comes out, spends a good amount of time testing and then explaining why he believes we have a slab leak.

So I shop around for a leak detection company and sure enough, slab leak. Leak detection company's work was a little sloppy, so Nick took the time to reach out to them and see exactly where the manifolds are so he can steer me in the right direction.

Again, I shop around and I was pretty pumped Nick at Norfleet came out with the best price. Nick came out to my house all day and did a fantastic job rerouting my pipes and for the first time I took a warm shower this morning, my god it felt good.

So to recap, in my experience Norfleet is honest, knowledgeable, and is super communicative while also coming in at the best price in my situation.

Nick was on time and professional. He fixed a leaky kitchen and bathroom faucet. He seated a seal to stop a running toilet and placed a pressure relief valve outside outside of the house to regulate water pressure coming to prevent further faulty faucets. Melanie was very responsive and courteous. The price was reasonable and Nick was kind enough to show me what he was doing as he was working. Highly recommended. Just good and honest people. Last week I had Nick come out and fix the valve in our downstairs shower....it was leaking water out of it when the shower was on. He was able to come out the next day and replace it for me. We have used Norfleet Family Plumbing before to fix a toilet for us after we had the hose snap from the wall. Both times Nick has come to our house he has done great work. His prices are great too. It's a small business....Nick and his wife, which I like because I feel like you can trust small family businesses more then big name companies. If you are looking for a plumber this is definitely the company to call.
