I felt compelled to update my review. I recommended Luke to several friends and then when I needed his help again in a couple of months, he said he would help me in one text but then said he was busy and just dropped out of sight and never texted me again. Disappointing that I had tried to help him get business and then, when he had the business, he didn't follow through with his former customers who helped him. I would not recommend him again.

I could not be happier with Luke Larsen at Norfab Plumbing Works. I wish I could give him 6 stars. Luke has installed 3 toilets for us all at different times . He went to Lowes and picked up the toilets and brought them to us to install each individual time. He didn't even charge me for that. He did a wonderful job and took great care to protect our home and our floors while he worked. Not only is Luke an excellent , prompt and professional businessman , he is such a nice guy you feel like you want to have him stay for dinner. He always treated us fair and I was actually surprised at how affordable his pricing is. He is the kind of tradesman you don't mind having in your home at all. Last year on Christmas Eve we developed a fairly serious leak under our kitchen sink. He came over on Christmas Eve and fixed the leak, untangled our pull down faucet nozzle and corrected our hot and cold supply lines that someone else had installed incorrectly. He did all that on Christmas Eve and didn't charge us a premium for coming out on a holiday. Do yourself a favor and call Luke at Norfab Plumbing Works , you will be happy you did.

Luke was amazing!!! After having our hot water heater flood half our house and our warranty company sending a, less than desirable, plumber to ""fix"" the problem. We were still without water due to a leak and non-working water heater. This is when I knew I'd have to find my own plumber to handle our desperate situation. A quick search on yelp, and the third call I made for an emergency plumber, I hit the jackpot! Luke was at our home as soon as possible, even though it was after hours. Not only was his work skillful, but he also was a pleasure to have in our home. He explained what was wrong, what he would do, and why he would do it. He was fast, clean, and knowledgeable. After he got our water up and running again, he explain what we could do to improve the plumbing later on. The cherry on top was the cost! He charged 1/3 less than what the ""less than desirable"" plumber quoted, for less work, than Luke did. We have found our ""Go-To"" man. I'm sad to write this yelp because it means more people will know about this company and they might not be as readily available to us, but in all fairness, Norfab deserves the credit for going above and beyond the 5 star rating. Thank you Luke for helping this mom in such a stressful situation. We will be calling you for all our plumbing needs from here on out!

I had a kitchen sink that was so clogged I couldn't use it. To make matters worse, I had friends coming over for lunch. I called NorFab Plumbing and they were here in no time. My sink was unclogged and I was thrilled. The service delivered was quick, efficient and friendly.

Luke is wonderful. He came to my home to fix a backed up kitchen sink, it was so gross. He came on a Saturday which not a normal business day for him. He was able to take care of the problem. Very professional and honest business man. He is definitely my ""go to"" plumber

Luke at NorFab is the best plumber I have worked with. I've had a restaurant for almost 8 years and I've worked with some local plumbers that I haven't had any real issues with, but I will be calling NorFab from here on out. My water heater was leaking and Luke diagnosed and replaced it in less than 24 hours. He walked me through everything too so I understood the issues I was dealing with. NorFab's prices are also much more reasonable than anything I've seen. Overall, the experience was great and I trust that they know what they're doing and aren't gonna screw you around to make an extra buck. 10/10 would recommend!

I contacted the company via two calls and one text message to get a quote for some plumbing work at my place. Never heard back from them. I understand they must be busy with other projects but would have appreciated if they had informed me about the same.

We had Luke from Norfab help us with our kitchen sink and he was fantastic. We were pretty stressed getting our new kitchen sink back together and he fit us in the afternoon that we contacted him to come check it out. We then scheduled a time a few days out for him to come back and install the faucet and drains. Luke did great work and gave us an incredibly reasonable price for the work. When it turned out that the faucet that we had picked out was defective and leaking he came back right away to replace it for us with a new one. Luke was a very honest and qualified plumber and we had a great experience with him.
