Recently, I had called Randy, who owns Nordic Services in Ventura. He was being hired to replace the tub and surround in one of my apartments. The job was to be billed for time and material.
     First of all, the job took longer than it should have; I know this because I had done the same job in another apartment last year- the only reason why I didn't do  this particular job, was because of time and health limitations.
    Second, he charged me for labor and for two Journeymen /plumbers when the work only required one journeyman and a helper. He did not check or replace some of the things that he should have, such as the tub drain. This could present a problem down the road and it will be something that I will have to deal with. He also charged me for items that were not needed or required.
