I just wanna shout out Nor Cal plumbing for the excellent customer service. I needed a new water heater in the quickest and Jose didn't let me down. He did everything he could to get us up and running with hot water again. Going out his way to help a single mom with an 80 year old grandma, shows his customers are important to him. He literally went out his way to help! It's hard to find great service like he showed. Thank you Jose and team!

We were having issues with the water heater, and was told by a local plumber it was a specific part. Replaced the part and still wasn't the issue. Called Nor Cal plumbing at 8am and they were at my house at 1pm. I needed a bee water heater but they installed it and I now have hot water. Great customer service! Thank you!!!

Main to my moms house was leaking pretty bad at a previously repaired spot (not by NorCal). It was close to closing time, but they returned my call and sent a guy to her house within 10 minutes of hanging up the phone. He was the nicest guy and was on his way home, but made time to come out and temporarily fix the problem until they could get someone out next week. Thanks NorCal for going above and beyond to help my mom.

Some of the best customer service I've ever gotten.
Answered the phone right away, came on time, and did great work.
Omar was our tech and was fantastic.
Replaced a dishwasher, helped me figure out my sprinkler system from the previous owner, replaced a valve, and checked some other things out.
Super nice guy, came when he said he would, called to let us know he was a few minutes out, and worked quickly.
I now have my plumber for future projects.

This is the most unprofessional company that I have ever received services from. The level of disrespect and quality of service is below acceptable. Service professionals, and I use the word professional lightly, are anything but professional. They make appointments and don't show up. I'm surprised that they are still in business.

Came in to very low pressure at work on a Monday morning and no water upstairs at all. Having worked with Nor Cal Plumbing before at my home I called Nor Cal Plumbing and within 30 minutes Mike was here and had our issue fixed in less than a hour of me calling him and we had water again in the our building. Being a business getting this fixed asap was a must and Norcal Plumbing was able to fit us in between their other appointments and fixed our problem right away. I highly recommend them for both personal and business!

After suffering with poor water pressure for over a week, I finally decided to call someone. Luckily, I saw a neighbor's rave about NorCal Plumbing so I called them. Jose came out to the house within a couple hours of me calling. He took care of the issue, didn't try to up-sell anything and was professional and courteous. We now have awesome water pressure again. NorCal Plumbing just came to my house to fix a bathtub leak. The first plumbing company told me they would have to remove the entire tub to correct the problem.
