John came out on a Saturday night to snake my sewage line. However, the next day I noticed I was still experiencing a sewage back up and tried calling/messaging him/the company. No response, call back or follow up after weeks of calls, messages and voicemails. If someone from the company sees this, please contact me to schedule a follow up visit as the work I paid for is still an issue. Thank you.

Never showed, then rescheduled, didn't show up again, then never called to follow up.

I wish I could have a better opinion of these guys. Sadly, I never got a chance to evaluate their actual plumbing work. I called and scheduled an appointment for them to come over and give an estimate on installing a new water heater. The day came and they didn't show within the time window that they gave me. I gave them a call and it turns out their plumber was running late. This is fine, but it would've been nice to have been notified without me having to chase down that information. We rescheduled for later in the day. The guy never showed again. I called three more times during the day, left messages, and never heard back from them. They also never followed up later that week or ever.

I had heard good things about Henderson plumbing and was excited to work with them. I'm sorry to say they just wasted my time. I would have liked to give them some business. I'm very disappointed in their customer service.

These were the only guys willing to come to Montara on a Saturday night. The good news is that they were professional and friendly -- the kind of pros you want working in your home under difficult circumstances.

Henderson Plumbing is the WORST. He over charges and never shows up. Over $500 for the caulking of a bathtub! All of the work he said he was going to do, he never did. He lied to my face when he said he was here all day working, when I was actually home, which he was unaware of. DO NOT hire Henderson Plumbing, you will be very disappointed. If I could give zero stars, I would.

I have no idea how these other 6 reviews are rating Henderson Plumbing at 5 stars. This had to be the absolute worst experience ever! John is the most disrespectful person. He is inconsiderate of everyone else's time. John will schedule a time to show up at your house and he doesn't show. One day goes by, no word from him. The second day, you may get a response saying ""sorry"". I had to rearrange my schedule several times for him, and every time he would not show up. He had absolutely no remorse for his actions. It was unbelievable to me, that John was actually shocked when I replaced him. Yet, he still had the nerve to demand money for work he didn't even do. John is the absolute worst plumber. Do not listen to these other people. Do not hire him. If I could rate a negative rating, I would. THE WORST!!!!! I can't say that enough!

I can't speak highly enough about the guys at Henderson Plumbing. They recently did two jobs for me in the span of 3 weeks at two of my properties - both were completed in outstanding fashion and very reasonably priced.

For the first project, I had spoken with several other plumbers and they seemed disinterested in the project or just too busy. When John came by to give me an estimate, his efficient expertise made it easy for me to
decide to work with him and his team.

John's organization and mellow demeanor made working with him a really great experience. He is a true professional: He's communicative, responsive via email and phone, and is just a nice guy, Sean, his lead plumber is also a great guy and does amazing work. Their final product speaks to how great this team is.

For the bigger 1st project, we relocated my tank water heater from the randomly odd space in front of my furnace to its new location and subsequently rerouted of a LOT of gas and water piping to fit the new spot. They then installed a post as a barrier for cars. In between all that, they removed an unsafe water valve, capped it, and added a safe tap and also cut a piece of piping which served zero purpose, but has helped create much needed space. At the end of it all, everything was up to spec, worked great and looked fantastic.

This was no easy task and the guys at Henderson made sure that this job was finished in 2 days.

I will be calling John for all my future plumbing business on my different properties. He's the only person I'll refer to my friends.

I love that I know John, he's done tons of work at the apartment complex I manage in Belmont, Ca. He's very reliable, knowledgeable, and efficient. There's no guessing game with John and no surprises, he does excellent work and always guarantees his services. He's fixed leaks, unclogged drains, and most recently helped with what I thought was going to be a major issue with my hot water heater and it turned out to be something minor.....was so relieved but had it been a bigger issue there's no one else I would want doing work at my apartment complex. Good vendors are hard to find and I highly recommend John!

Fair and reasonable on price too. Certainly my go-to plumber and first person I think of for my clients. Highly recommend him!
