Our Jacuzzi was making unusual noise and Total Home Protection assigned us this contractor; and after talking to ""Tino,"" an appointment was scheduled friday, June 1, at 3:30. He called to reschedule for Sat., 8:30 am, June 2. Well, we waited all day, no call for cancellation or rescheduling. On the following Monday, I called and Tino hung up on me. I called back and there was no answer. I called the insurance company and was assigned another contractor. This must be the way they do business in Santa Cruz! (we live in Gilroy)

i used nor cal for years untill now the guy who answered the phone was rude .they had the highest prices horrible service . never use these guys you will be sorry

We had a backup that wouldn't quit. We called NorCal plumbing and Tino came out on a Sunday. We were concerned that the septic needed to be pumped. But, Tino figured it where the clog was and worked hard to fix it. Finally, we get to shower! Fast, reliable and reasonably priced. I'm so grateful to find a great plumber!!!

Discovered and needed to have a repair urgently after hours (7 PM). Tino Vega, the owner, answered the call. Showed up in about 15 minutes. Diagnosed the problem. Explained the problem well and repaired it quickly and well. Polite, clean, likable, and reasonable. Thank you!
