Chad knows what he's doing and really cares about doing a great job for you. We had a leak and really high pressure. Even on the phone, you could tell he was very knowledgeable and able to explain things very clearly. He the got the right job done in the least amount of time. And now we have no leaks! Woo hoo!!

I contacted Chad about an irrigation leak. He provided a good explanation of his services to me on the phone, so I hired him. He kept me informed on the day of arrival. He found the leak pretty quickly with his equipment, and repaired it. At the completion he did a good job putting the landscaping back in place (a bit of a challenge since he had to dig under a bush). He also took the time to help map out the location of all of my underground pressure pipes for future reference.

Chad is great to work with and I would hire him again if needed!

Chad responded promptly. Identified the leak under our kitchen island slab. He recommended the solution and put tape on the floor to guide our contractor. After opening the floor his spot was perfectly placed.. It couldn't have been better!

It required tearing up a flagstone patio to access the leak, and he left it looking as good as before. He also discovered a second leak which he also handled. I recommend using Nor Cal Leaks.

I called and Chad said he would be with me between 1p-3p the next day. Never called, never showed up, I had to do all the chasing and he made excuses about having not had a day off for 28 days - perhaps he should've thought about that before committing himself, not showing up and leaving me without water for 2 days. I had a leak from the main to my house and two local plumbers told me there was no way to detect the leak other than digging up the pipe. Not only that, they had the craziest plan to repipe the house that was going to be very expensive. Luckily,
I called a guy from American Plumbing and he recommend Chad Flora, a leak detection specialist who did have the equipment to find the leak. This can save a lot of money and mess. Unfortunately, my pipe was ancient PVC and the whole did need replacing. Chad had it all repaired with the latest Pix hoses and he also put in a new faucet, and capped the old intake and put in a new one. He works fast and clean, besides being a very nice person who is very reasonable about prices.

I can't recommend him enough so if you're having plumbing problems, and I hope you never do, call Chad first at 707-974-5318.

More often than not, we save reviews for when service was disappointing or bad. But it's really important that we recognize exceptional service.

We smelled gas in our kitchen on Christmas night and had to get PG&E to turn the main off. I reached out to a number of plumbers here frantically, including Nor Cal Leaks, all through the night and morning after. Although I had already booked someone to come in (this person was not highly rated), Mr. Chad Flora called, left a voicemail, and also texted. For some reason, I felt much more comfortable with his company and decided to have him assist us.

Mr. Flora was professional, knowledgeable, clearly highly experienced and has state of the art tools/detectors to complete the job. He was right on schedule as he had promised. You're not getting a novice! I was impressed with his diligence, his thoroughness, and his patience, including speaking on the phone with PG&E to ensure they expedited turning our gas back on.

I highly recommend Mr Flora of Nor Cal Leaks! We're definitely keeping his contact info. In fact, I'm planning to have him come service our tankless water heater!
