It was a late Friday afternoon and Chad was responsive immediately indicating he could come out and check for the leak on the property. He found the leak and said he could fix it as well. It was great that I could have 1 person do it all!!! He was on time, cleaned up the dirt where the digging occurred and was very pleasant to discuss the situation.

Chad was an angel to our family. He was so fast to respond to our gas leak. I called around lunch time and he was at our home SAME DAY a little after 5pm. He worked a long and late day to get a head start on diagnosing our gas issue. With a family of 5, getting gas turned back on can't happen too soon and when Chad arrived it felt like he cared so much about our issue, he was so invested to troubleshoot. We had already had another group out that didn't figure out the problem and Chad diagnosed and fixed it in 24 hours. On top of all this, his prices were more than reasonable. I am so grateful for Chad's professionalism and overall passion he has for what he does. It is so unique to find.

We had a leak in our front yard that needed to be addressed quickly. I called Nor Cal Leaks and Chad was able to come out the same day and take a look at the problem. He not only found the issue but also fixed it in the same afternoon! You could hardly even tell where the hole had been dug to get to the leaky pipe. He did a great job putting the dirt and grass back in place. We were very happy with his fast service and good work. He was also very reasonably priced. Of course, a leak company isn't one you want to have to call on a regular basis, but if we have any leak issues again we wouldn't hesitate to call Nor Cal Leaks.

We called Chad when our garage flooded. Water was coming in from the roof, walls and floor! He came immediately and within days had fixed everything for a very reasonable price. He is an expert in dealing with water problems--and a delight to work with! He explains everything, is meticulous and can't rest until the job is completed to his high standards. Highly recommend.

Chad was professional and guaranteed to find a leak at our home for a flat fee unlike the other quotes we got. He not only found the leak outside but fixed it the same day. Then he helped us with two other plumbing projects in creating an easily accesssible water shut off at our house and then dug a trench and re-directed some pipes outside that were affected by the Glass Fire. He was reasonably priced, efficient, smart and on time. He also came all the way back to check our toilets when we were having an issue. Definitely recommend him and his problem solving abilities.

I can not comment on his ability to fix leaks so I'll just leave it at that .

I am conflicted about leaving a negative review because I like Chad and think he is very hard working. But ultimately he did not deliver and still charged me in excess of the original amount quoted.

Initially he quoted $450 to find a main line water leak and $250 to fix it ($700 total). But three visits later he indicated the whole main line needed to be replaced, and charged $900 for his effort leading to that diagnosis. I understand people need to be paid for their time, but really feel a compromise should have been made since the deliverables were not met and I was in the exact same position before he started the job.

That said he did provide some discount on the quote to replace the main water line - totaling about $4300.

I think that Chad/NorCal would be more than great at taking care of simple and straightforward jobs. There were some aspects of my situation/property that were more challenging and unique. But I do think that the bad water line diagnosis could have been made much more quickly and for a lot less than $900.

One last minor point but possibly a negative for some people. I did get the sense that Chad was squeezing my in between other jobs. He was here multiple times for short periods in the evening and in the dark. Perhaps a bigger block of time could have led to a swifter diagnosis and less costs.

Chad responded immediately to our kitchen plumbing leak when we had an emergency he came and stopped the leak, cleaned up, and repaired it under the house, saving us a lot of stress. I highly recommend this business.

This company found the leak, another company came out to fix it 3 weeks ago and it the problem has not be rectified
I find this weird as they had help finding the leak and it has not been fixed.
