I paid $474 to get my shower valve replaced yesterday. It's impossible to get a plumber right now so I guess they figure they can charge whatever they want. The rough estimate they gave me over the phone was about half of this.

I recently used Noonan Energy to replace my breaker box in my basement. I didn't realize they did electrical work until I saw their ad on t.v. Their electrician, Dan, came to my home and gave me a quote within two days of calling them. I was also interested in a whole house generator and had a separate quote on that work. The price was fair and I was told that due to equipment shortages and high demand for electrical work in 2021 that my project would take over a month to start. I thought everything was reasonable. I had the work done. Everyone from Noonan was professional and informative. I would use them again and also recommend them to my friends. In 2021 it seems any equipment will and service will take time, be patient and know your working with highly skilled technicians when you use Noonan.

Trash company specifically plumbing/garbage disposals. My mom had a Noonan plumber at her house who messed up the kitchen and now I have a plumber here looking at a garbage disposal they installed just - few years ago which never worked right and is now broke. AND THE GUY HERE NOW SAID NOONAN DIDNT GROUND THE WIRING AND CHEATED my mom with very shoddy installation. DO NOT USE.. beware.

Mary Lou is a God send and the sweetest person that you could hope to deal with when you are in need and truly need help. They always follow up with me to make sure that my system is serviced every year and that my tank never runs empty. There are plenty of oil companies to choose from but this one still has the family feel that I appreciate.

Extremely poor customer service. Spent a bunch of money on a tankless hot water system with Noonan, started acting up a year or so after install. Their technicians don't understand this equipment very well and couldn't be bothered to get help from the manufacturers support. Jerked us around for over 6 months supposedly working on a remedy. Finally the owner comes out (2 hours late for an appointment) and had zero idea how to resolve the problem. I was able to email support with a description of the issue and a video of unit acting up, within a couple hours support had a diagnosis and fix.

Look elsewhere for this type of equipment, they don't have the expertise and clearly don't care.

I just started off doing business with this company, as my company went out of business. The person who came over, to discuss a new oil heating system, Al, was a very good person, and this is not what I expected for an out come from this. the stated quote, for a new heater , was 4000.00 at 95.00 per hour labor charge. I just bought a top of the line system, new, for 1500.00, and it will be here next week. it is the same one noonan was going to install. I set up oil delivery, of about 150 gallons, and before they showed up to even find out how much it will be they debited my account for 525.00 ouch. they were good on the phone, they cancelled the fuel delivery, and re-credited my bank account, as I requested.I wish I had read the reviews before I even began. So sad, that this business, with all of it's rich history, will fail on this business basis.It's just a matter of time.

My parents are over a 50 year customer of Davis Fuel which was purchased by Noonan. The customer service at Noonan is horrible. They want to deliver oil only when they feel it is necessary. The people who answer the phone are very argumentative. Anyone I speak to there is awful. Their goal seems to make a much money as they can. I am the caretaker of my parents and unfortunately I have to call this horrible company when the oil tank needs to be filled. I miss Davis Fuel. They were so customer focused and the people there were very nice.

Even though the oil was finally delivered, I am upset with what I had to go thru for it to happen. The person who answered the phone was so excited she had found a way to save small trips as she called them. She is not thinking about the fact that the customer is on a fixed budget and has to be concerned with money management. She might be a valued employee to you, but she is a rude customer service person. The last two oil deliveries I got this person. The first time she begrudgingly said she would put in the delivery. This did not happen prior to fall of 2017.

As an old customer for economic reason this is the 2nd time I called for help and they were very rude starting with the receptionist. I move to others company because I am having a struggle with certain things and as a mom of three child I am so sad to have a cold night without heat. My first called they denied because They were not my actual supplier, but the 2nd time I was thinking money is money let me call NOONAN to see if the little flexible but it was not . They denied services with a big no that is so sad. Hopefully these company never have to feel what I am felling right now trying to deal with the struggle of it. I do not recommend it at all.

Purchased a very expensive System 2000 boiler a year and a half ago from Noonan. It took them several attempts to get it working right, i.e., waking up to no heat.Called Noonan to get it serviced and the very robot-like rep said we hadn't purchased oil from them in the last year so we aren't considered a customer. We have a high efficiency boiler and a pellet stove and didn't need to purchase oil from them but couldn't understand how that affected their refusal to service our boiler. She just kept repeating that we weren't a customer. She's right, we definitely won't be.
