Lin F.Our bathroom flooded on the night of New Year's Day. It was nearly 10pm and everyone else, it seems, was closed.
Ruben answered the call right away and was at my house in 20 minutes. He fixed the immediate sewage blockage within 20-30 minutes, and explained that there may be a bigger problem in our plumbing.
The next day, Ruben and his crew came and inspected and fixed--once and for all--the broken valve that was causing frequent blockage in the sewage line. They also did a thorough clean out of the line, AND installed access to the pipelines so they can be serviced in the future.
Ruben and his team are responsive, professional, thorough, courteous, and his prices are very reasonable. We're so happy we found them and will be calling them for all our plumbing needs in the future.
