While replacing the tiles in our bathroom we had a leak in our master bathroom shower and the entire floor was molded. I called a couple of plumbers but most were either not available or too expensive. Rouben and his team came down the same day and gave a fair quote. They turned around the work within a day and I was very satisfied. What stuck out to me was their professionalism, I am used to having to clean after contractors and their mess. Rouben's team did not leave 1 piece of trash behind.

We recently purchased a new home and we love everything about it except that it didn't have drain holes in the backyard. Anytime we washed the backyard water would just sit there for days, or hours it was on a hot day.
So we decided to get some quotes to get new drain holes. After shopping around Non Stop Plumbing hit all the checkpoints for us: they answered my Yelp message right away, they came out to give us a quote very quickly, the owner (Rouben) is extremely friendly and professional, and their pricing is competitive.
As soon as we agreed on where the holes will be drilled Rouben and his team came out here and got to work. They were extremely quick and very clean from start to finish. Any dirt that was dug out they took away without leaving any behind. They were very detailed oriented and extremely professional. While digging the drain they even paid attention to small details like evening the concrete with the tile so water will flow evenly.
Overall we are extremely happy that we went with Non Stop Plumbing and we highly recommend them to anyone who needs any plumbing related projects done.

Non-stop plumbing and rooter were really great. They accommodated to my instructions for our meeting. After they looked into the problem, they knew the issue right away and resolved the plumbing problem. Also they will not rip you off based on your necessary repairs or sometimes unnecessary repairs, very ethical and honest. They will inform you of what you'll need fixed and what you won't need fixed, some other plumbers will just add to it. I will recommend them to anyone in the area.

My garbage disposal was leaking, and searched out plumbers on yelp. Contacted Ruben and a few other plumbers in the area, he responded instantly and said he could come out within 2 hours.
Quoted me a competitive rate, and was in and out in 10-15 minutes.

I've unfortunately had to call a plumber twice in the past month. A couple weeks ago we needed to replace our dishwasher which needed the valve under our sink replaced since it started to leak when the old dishwasher was removed. They arrived around 11am after I called around 8am. They were quick, knowledgeable, friendly and covid safe. This week one of our toilets started leaking from the base. Rueben stopped by and of course after he got here one of our neighbors had already called a plumber (that we weren't aware of) and seemed to fix the issue in our shared pipes. Basically the problem was solved and reuben didn't even need to come out. While he was here he checked another one of our toilets that was continually running and fixed that for us as well. Since the initial problem was solved already reuben insisted that there would be no charge even after i offered since he came out. We are so appreciative of an honest, friendly company and Reuben will always be our first call going forward!

My toilet was backing up into tub. I tried plunger and drano... no luck. I called Non stop this morning and they were able to squeeze me in. After their heavy duty snake and pulling out some nasty things it was time to go through the roof vent. The roof vent ended up doing the trick. I'm so glad I found Non stop. They were super professional. They had masks on and wore booties over their shoes entering house. Thank you Non Stop plumbing!

Ruben was great. We had a clogged drain in our shower that we thought was going to be a big job. Seems like every issue at this old 1920's house ends up being a big job. He was very focused- came in, assessed what he needed to do and unplugged the drain in less than 10 minutes. Really happy with the quick result. Also, he came with a mask on which is definitely a plus in my book. Will call again when we have an issue. I recommend this company.
