I noticed more water coming from the drainage pipe on the side of the house. I called on Thursday around noon and Brandon answered and said he would stop by that evening to take a look. It ended up being my water heater(it was 19yrs old) needing to be replace. He got me the estimate that same day and on Saturday I had a new water heater which is working great! He did an excellent job and will he using him for my future needs. I highly recommend using Non Stop Plumbing for your needs. Great rates, fast response time and does a really nice job! Thanks!

I cannot say enough good things about Brandon & Non-stop Plumbing!! We've called him twice & both times he came THE SAME DAY to look at the problem & give us an estimate. We haven't gotten around to fixing the 1st issue we called him about in December (life gets in the way...) so I was a little nervous to call him today when it appeared there was a broken sewer pipe in our yard. But he could not have been nicer or more professional. And his prices are very reasonable. I agree with the person who said he genuinely seems to enjoy fixing things & helping people. Dishonest. Not Suitable or Equipped to do large plumbing jobs. He may be great in drawing up business by showing up with a sense of urgency initially, but that is only to gain trust and to hope for future business. He may be ok to use with small and super easy tasks, but he is not licensed or insurer and can not be trusted with large jobs. I hired him to do plumbing on a rehab project and not only did he argue me down and provide incorrect coding information (insisting that work had to be done according to code and require by inspector). I had to go down to the city myself to speak with the inspector to learn what he was telling me was absolutely incorrect and that he was just attempting to create more work than what was needed. After cutting pipes he did not need to cut he refused to come and correct the problem after trying to chase him down for 4 weeks when he said he would do it. I had to pay someone a large amount of money to have the repairs done and I will be taking him to small claims court and reporting him to the Better Business Bureau. Huge Hassle. He thoroughly screwed up the plumbing at my house and refused to make the repairs after saying he would.

Brandon and team were amazing!! After the city and another plumbing company couldn't help with our low water pressure, we called Brandon and he came within 30 minutes on a Friday night. He quickly diagnosed our issue and offered way more honest pricing than big shop plumbers. Highly recommend!!!!!

We had what we thought was a small leak and called Non Stop Plumbing on multiple recommendations on Next Door. Brandon answered the call immediately (4 other plumbers before finding him did not) and we scheduled a time for the next morning. Later that evening we realized the leak was worse than we thought, water gushing from under the kitchen sink as well as the laundry room. I turned off the water source and called Brandon again and he came in less than an hour. He assessed the problem quickly and had it repaired the next day. He and his guys were professional and expedient, and adhered to covid precautions wearing proper PPE. They were priced fairly and hour problem was fixed before any real damage was done. Highly recommend Brandon and his team!

Brandon has been our plumber for a number of years now. He is an extremely competent and very descent and likeable person; very dedicated to his work and his clients. He is very popular and busy but never too busy to help someone in need. He replaced our water line going from our house to our garage. We were very pleased. His rates are quite fair for the work he does. I would not use anyone else for plumbing.
