I contacted Nonstop Plumbing, and Brandon was so nice and helpful. He had to check if he would be able to come later that day, and so he checked and got right back to me. He was busy with a big job, so he got me in touch with Hector. Hector came out with Jason within 2 hours of my call and did a great job! They wore masks, were really friendly and helpful, and they got the sewage drain clog taken care of so we stopped having sewage spewing in our basement. Yay! Thank you! I hope I never need a plumber again, but I probably will, so I'll call Nonstop!

On 10/7/20 Nonstop Plumbing mistakenly came to my home and replaced my water and sewer lines. The workers did not even bother to cover the pipes. I finally got in touch with Brandon, he came out assured me he would resolve the issues and he then stopped responding to any of my attempts to contact him. l had to pay someone to move the dirt to cover the pipes. When Nonstop Plumbing turned on the water a pipe burst in the upstairs bathroom and I had to pay a real plumber to come in and replace the pipe and water pressure regulator. I had to pay for their mistake.

My experience with Brandon was a disaster. We had an appointment for 10 am. Never heard from him until I contacted him. At 530 pm I still heard nothing further until I contacted him. I understand a job taking longer than expected but it is unprofessional not to communicate with your clients on delay. The next day he asked to try again, including a discount. Since I believe in giving someone a second chance I said yes. Well the day went on and, again, no communication although I asked more than once for a time frame. Finally he sent someone who obviously did not know what to do. I asked if he was a licensed plumber and he said no. I told Brandon before I hired him that a licensed plumber had to do the work per a contract we had on selling our house. I told the person to leave because he couldn't do the work. Brandon texted me and said the person worked under his license. That's not acceptable to me unless the licensed plumber is present. Always ask if the person sent by a company is licensed. Also make sure the company is in your area. I found out this company was an hour away.

At his initial visit to repair my faucet, it became clear that more parts were needed from the manufacturer. I ordered them and they took a few weeks to arrive. When I called him to let him know the parts had arrived so he could come back and finish the job, he said he had to check his calendar and get back to me. I ended up hiring another plumber because I never heard back from him, even after I reached out a second time. I don't know if my job was too small for him or if he was too busy. All I know is that he didn't seem to care if he lost my business.

We had what we thought was a small leak and called Non Stop Plumbing on multiple recommendations on Next Door. Brandon answered the call immediately (4 other plumbers before finding him did not) and we scheduled a time for the next morning. Later that evening we realized the leak was worse than we thought, water gushing from under the kitchen sink as well as the laundry room. I turned off the water source and called Brandon again and he came in less than an hour. He assessed the problem quickly and had it repaired the next day. He and his guys were professional and expedient, and adhered to covid precautions wearing proper PPE. They were priced fairly and hour problem was fixed before any real damage was done. Highly recommend Brandon and his team!

He arrived at the anticipated time, was wearing a mask, and was very personable and kind in helping me under the plumbing issue that was going on, and it ended up being an issue with my master bathroom's shower.
