Amazingly responsive company. Called Sunday morning with a suspected gas leak from my water heater and was here by 11:15. Determined that there was no gas leak and did not charge. Will be calling for service needed going forward.

Absolutely fantastic! I've hired many plumbers over the years... it seems to me they normally fall into two groups: 1. sloppy and unresponsive or 2. Friendly but more expensive than a neurosurgeon. I only have positive things to say about Nonstop plumbing. They answered the phone, offered a prompt appointment, did the work well, cleaned up, and offered a super reasonable price. We called Brandon on Saturday evening and explained our problem. He quickly diagnosed the issue and told us he could come by the next day and sent us an estimate to replace the water heater. He arrived exactly when he said he would and was quick and friendly. The quality of his work was great and his prices are very fair. He even texted us several hours later to make sure everything was working and that we had hot water. We will definitely be calling him again next time we need work done.

Extremely poor communication and lack of professionalism. I have had the project going on for quite a while and it has been managed poorly with lack of attention from the owner some of the subs have had to come in multiple times to fix things that were installed incorrectly. I have to literally call and beg every time for them to show up to get something done. This job was supposed to be finished months ago but it is just a drag every time. Now in middle of the job I have to find somebody else to finish it and bare extra cost on top. This is not the way to run a business You have to learn to show up on time and use reliable help that is experienced and communicate with the customer rather than avoiding calls and not showing up on scheduled days even after that not having the courtesy of calling customers back and apologizing or at least picking up their calls so they know what they need to do next.
