Non-Stop Plumbing was the company sent to evaluate my hot water heater by my warranty company. They arrived on the first day and provided an evaluation and guaranteed an update or delivery within 5 days; when I contacted them on a Saturday afternoon, the fifth day, he was RUDE and not helpful. I followed up with my warranty company and discovered no actions were taken on the part of Non Stop Plumbing to date. When I tried to call him back, my call was sent to voicemail. The diagnosis that the warranty company was waiting on arrived after 8 days. This service was provided on Aug. 2nd and Non Stop made no additional attempts to resolve the problem then on Sep. 2nd they had the audacity to cash the check for work performed. This is the most unprofessional business I have dealt with and would not recommend them or their services to anyone else. They are not the local vendor I would recommend anyone use. I paid $500. out of my pocket and completed the services required 23 days later.

Terrance or Terence the owner gave a great impression when he initially came out to my home he was able to diagnose my issue with my hot water heater on the 1st time. My warranty company sent one initial plumber out twice (who I would not mention their name for lack of ability to diagnose properly) and then non-stop pluming was called to see why my water was not getting hot; off and on....it turned out to be the sensor. He came on Jan 6 early morning and stated he would call in my diagnosis in that night due to his schedule was full and to be on hold with the warranty company cause him an hour of his work day. I expressed that my current water is cold and was not getting hot if he could please put the order in as soon as he can. He stated he understand and would work on getting my part as quickly as he can. The next morning I called and ask my warranty company about my diagnosis... per my warranty company it had not been called in and they would be waiting on my information from Terrance. I called Terrance and text no response he finally responded after stating he was working and would sending it at the end of the day. The next morning I called and asked the warranty company did my diagnosis comes in they stated yes but a part number was needed.I then had to ask Terrance if he could send in the part number. He text me the part # 4 hours later because his schedule was so busy and did not have time until later on that night. When I called the part # in to my warranty company they inquired why did I call in the part # and that was supposed to come from the contractor. I explained that I am taking cold showers and that the contractor has not been professional at all. The agent was so pissed that she say she would report him to thier customer relations department. After getting the part# confirmed on Wednesday I was told I would get a call on an update when the part would be in. Thursday I get a call the water heater needs to be replaced (due to some issue with parts) and that in 24-48 hours I would be updated. Friday I get a call from my warranty company that the part was in waiting to be picked up by the installer/contractor. The warranty company had called the installer and Terrance stated he would get to when he had time.. I was not happy with that response. so unprofessional. I called and text the Terrance. He finally called me back and stated that he got a call from the warranty company and they were going to order the part it should be in 24-48 hours and once he lays eyes on it he would call me. I interrupted him and stated sir I have spoken with the warranty company what they had told me about the water heater was that they waiting on him to pick up. he then proceeds to discredit the warranty company and states they do not know what they are talking about and that he has to see if for himself before he can say it is ready. I said sir when do you think you can tell me you are avail for install. He then states if it is ready at the warehouse I can schedule your for 8-12 window Monday. I will call you back. he did not call; he text back that water heater was ready. Monday came he gave me a 10 min in route window. After the install he ask me to go on google to give him a good review :) I was so ready to be done with this contractor for lack of professionalism, his deceit, and discredit of the warranty company to make himself look good. I do not recommend this company due to Terrance own business conduct.
